You are not alone with doing the L shape. I think if we were to practice it, it will be easier, but it is not at all difficult to stay focused on the chakra point.

Thank you for this wonderful video. I am on day 18 and am sleeping better already. I have arthritis in my left thumb though and the finger to thumb action is aggravating it. Can I just do right hand? Suggestions?

I have difficulty with that visualization too. I can hold on to it for a second but then it goes away, and I have to try to focus on it again.
I find it difficult focussing on L shape light coming in and going out …
