  • This video discusses the benefits of the meditation including the research that has been done which has been published in medical journals including the Journal of Alzheimers Disease. There is also a practical demonstration of how to do the meditation, suitable for beginners, with a 12 minute version using background music. This meditation is from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. Try it yourself - just 12 minutes a day and see how you feel!

    lovely. Doing this everyday for ADHD memory issues, which is helping. very calming and relaxing. Love your dog :)

    I'm so glad that you said that one can concentrate on the third eye, because the L shaped form is to hard for me. Now I can do the meditation more freely.Saved my day.Thank you and greetings from Denmark:Robert

      You are not alone with doing the L shape. I think if we were to practice it, it will be easier, but it is not at all difficult to stay focused on the chakra point.

      I have difficulty with that visualization too. I can hold on to it for a second but then it goes away, and I have to try to focus on it again.

      I find it difficult focussing on L shape light coming in and going out …

    LONG COMMENT WARNING: SO I SEARCHED HOW TO SHARPEN UR MEMORY THIS MORNING N CAME UPON Kirtan Kriya meditation SO I CAME ON YT TO FIND A DETAILED VIDEO.... I WAS GOING THRU WATCHN VIDEOS B4 I ACTUALLY TRY THE MEDITATION.... URS IS THE 13TH VIDEO I CLICKED N BY FAR ITS THE MOST EXPLANATORY.... I LUV SHOW THE L SHAPE AS U SAY EACH SYLLABLE.... A COUPLE VIDEOS MENTIONED IT BUT NOT WITH EACH SYLLABLE.... SEEING THE FLOW MOTION WITH EACH IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED BC I KEPT PRACTICING N JUST COULDNT GET IT.... NOW IM READY TO DO THIS MEDITATION WITH U.... THANK U MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO.... BSAFE N NJOY UR DAYS.... DAY1 NAMESTA

    Thank you for this wonderful video. I am on day 18 and am sleeping better already. I have arthritis in my left thumb though and the finger to thumb action is aggravating it. Can I just do right hand? Suggestions?

    Thank you for this meditation. I struggle to form the L shape, but when concentrating on the third eye should be visualizing anything in particular?
