- We are going through 7 locks in 2 days as we travel from Grand Harbor Marina in Counce TN, on the border of Tennessee and Mississippi, to Columbus Mississippi. We will stop overnight in Fulton Mississippi at the Midway Marina. We are leaving the Tennessee River and entering the Ten-Tom Waterway on our journey south to Mobile Bay!

You caught one of the bald eagles in the tenn-tom on video,we see them occasionally below the dam
The amount of eagles we saw in that stretch was a nice surprise! We were lucky to get a few videos of them. It seemed like every time we saw one, the camera was never ready! LOL

Really enjoyed this video. Very well done. We were on these very waters Oct of 2022 when doing our Loop and spent Halloween with Steve & crew at the Columbus Marina. I'm now sitting home in Minnesota watching Loop videos and still in amazement and disbelief we completed the Loop. Thanks for bringing back great memories! scott, MV Genna Lou II

My wife and I live in the Chicago area; I've spent days on Lake Michigan chasing Cohos, Kings, and Steelhead, and my wife grew up on the Illinois River near Heritage harbor in Ottawa.....so we are familiar with some of the scenes shown! It’s neat to see the area from the water. When we still had our RV we stayed in the area a couple times at Red Bay Alabama to have work done on the rig. It’s pretty from both advantage points but I prefer the water.
I would love to have had more time to get out and explore the areas, but I found the river so peaceful and serene. I loved it!

Great videos. One point whenever we cruise through locks in UK and Europe we always wear gloves when handing lines

I love your videos as both of you show your passion for learning and enjoying your boating experiences. There’s only one thing that I would modify in your video editing. When you show the map fly-around of the locks, only do a 1/2 aerial fly around. All you really want to do is show the viewer the location not take them for a carnival ride. Doing a complete aerial circle of the area is way too much and just makes us dizzy.
I hope you don’t mind my critique.
