I put one of those on my pontoon boat. About the ratchet strap, I put a 160ah RoyPow lithium battery in my RXV. I manufactured a frame from old angle iron bed frame. I bolted it to the cart, and the battery to my frame. Nobody expects an accident, but last month my oldest grandson “borrowed” my cart without our knowledge. He flipped it in a concrete culvert. Had I not secured the battery, the injuries could have gone from minor to major. Just my two cents, as that happened to mine.
How do you bypass the factory charging port on a 2014 ezgo txt? I have the new port installed but the cart won’t run unless I keep the wires from the factory port connected?
There is a blue wire on the back of the port and it runs into a connector to a red wire. Unplug the red wire from the blue wire and tie the red wire to the main battery positive.
The charger for my Roypow battery gets very hot so I decided not to install it on board. Also if it gets cart ever gets stolen I'm not including a free battery charger 🙃
Big battery should be including this plug in their bundle. Great video.

Did the same thing to my cart last year.
Great video as always!!!
I like how you create. You're extravagant but accurate. You have imagination and your cute videos. It all looks small Nearby you but big works .
I’ve seen a golf cart with a retractable power cord installed underneath the rear seat. Any product suggestions or videos on how to do this?
So how do you wire the charger output back to the battery?
Ryan, I would worry about vibration to the battery charger when install on board the golf cart. Is that not a worry? You would know better than me.
Sorry. Didn't think about my last post being advertisement till it was to late. Just curious what u thought of my build. My bad won't happen again 🤘

@@Fentertainment Thanks a lot. I really didn’t want to keep that other connected and tucked away.
Can u use that on a roy pow charger too
You can use this for any charger or battery set up. The only thing is how you connect the charger to the battery.
@@Fentertainment ok thank u for answering my question

No charging interlock on that charging port, you can drive off with the cord connected, dangerous, you shouldn't be promoting this!
What if I have a 20 amp charger? That ok?
