I've watched many reviews on this and this one is the best (honest) review. I wondered when the jib lands at it's final point or in between moves does it have backlash or bounce? I've watched some videos that it does that which seems troubling. Thanks!

It depends. When you moving it manually via app, it slams hard as I mentioned. But when you program the move and change "ease in/ease out" to slower curve it doesn't bounce at least not that I noticed. Keep one thing in mind tho. You most likely going to need a focusing attachment because even cameras with fastest focus do tend to "hunt" when jig is moving so it looks like motion is not as smooth. This is especially true for extreme closeup and macro shots (like my example with roses). With longer lenses it's not as noticeable. I'm still playing with it and learning and I actually finding more uses for it than I expected.

@@madeinbasement Thanks for that info. I also hear the Bluetooth setup is very spotty. I use the Kessler Crane KOS with the 2nd Shooter and it's really solid.

@@cinemachan Not really, connection between app and edelkron devices is rock solid. Best part once you set program, you can quite the app and it will keep on executing. Only annoying part is forced firmware updates, you have no choice but to update but they usually quick...

What professional video tripod that can handle 110 lbs did you choose?

Did You stabilize flower shots in post production or it is an autofocus issue? I'm slightly worried if the edelkrone headplus moves are stable at 13:14 i.e.

Szczepan Barczyk Sadly it’s autofocus. I’ll probably have to get their focus attachment :(

I think you shouldn't worry about that. Edelkrone uses very precise stepper motors and mechanic equipments. Especially setting autofocus keyframes with their autofocus attachment can help. However if you use very quick and accurate autofocus system, it's ok.

LOL, that's me tossing out the manual. We don't need that! :)
