At least the lady took responsibility for leaving the bones of salmon like that. That's more than most will do on this show.
Do you notice how these Kitchen Nightmares have some of the vilest owners and cooking staff, but they usually have the sweetest waitstaff.
That pizza was clearly taken out of the pizza oven way too soon, and that's me (an amateur chef) who just concludes this. No wonder Gordon Ramsay was extremely disappointed at this. The same goes for all other things here..
and thats true..thiz pizza should stay in oven way more until even some the parts of thin crust goes darkened..way too much moisture still innit,innit..

or he wants a confrontation with Chef Ramsay that he has no chance of coming out on top nor alive...
restaurants that heat food in the microwave when it's wrapped in Plastic wrap, YUCK!
