The one thing the owners never understand is that customers don't like criticizing. They're always complaining: "But the customers like it!"
The customers lie and politely say the food was good - and never return or recommend.

They all have the same response on how good their food is….can’t be if all of the restaurants are damn near bankrupt.
Almost all of them close a few months after Ramsay leaves

@@tristanflynn4014 that’s not why they close, the show leaves them a bad reputation plus they were almost at bankruptcy when they go on the show

@@hockey_highlights_and_more They're so deep in dept, there's no realistic way to get out of it. Many restaurants get Gordon with the intent of closing. They take the makeover and the revenue from the show and hope to sell the place for a better price.

I'm not from the USA and don't know for sure but I thought a ranch "dressing" is a cold sauce that goes on salad or maybe a sandwich but not hot on a pizza let alone potatoes on a pizza!
Those "cooks" are delusional at best!

The Midwest is super big on ranch. It’s normal here to dip pizza in ranch but having ranch as the sauce is too far lol

I've been a chef for almost 20 years. I recently cooked a bone in ribeye for my mother that's battling cancer. When I bought the loin I asked for it to be trimmed and prepared. It was beautiful. They knew exactly what I was looking for.

funny as.. I have seen them all at last 3 times in full... as a Chef from Sydney and Kiwi... and an computer engineer... the best line is... "seems like a Cockatoo"... we would say... seen a cok or two...!!!! we joke about everything and everybody... it's our way...

And some of these dishes served as a resturant, i wouldn't serve as a home cook to my family! What was that? Chicken parm and spaghetti? Looks like somebody ate italian food with too much red wine and threw up!🤮Gross
You know if he says your food is shit 98% of the time it's shit. There's only been 1 place that I've seen had good food but the owners were just assholes and that was amiees baking
There's a few reasons elk gets rubby.one is if it's cut in rigor morgoues which I doubt if they get their meat from a butcher. Two is defrosting wrong. Three it's over cooked or cooked too fast and four you over cooked it
