I use Native, love it. Moiz rode FB ads when they worked. What a time to be alive.

Why do you think fb ads don't work now?
And do they work for anyone at this point?
      If so why?

@@bradsnyder124 That's a loaded question. Moiz was doing FB when you could get CAC below 5 bucks. I was there too. I remember when I had 2 dollar fucking CACs on campaigns for months at a time. Now, 20 CACs are the norm. Ios14 fucked things up pretty good

@@oldcarproblems3332 I remember when I first started my first business in 2015 after my employer closed their business.
when business manager was pretty new and only super nerdy people were doing targeted campaigns, most people thought “boosted posts” = ad campaign lol
month 1 of self employment I invested $300 of the $500 in spare cash to my name into a Black Friday/cyber Monday targeted ad campaign for my new business in November 2015, had almost no idea what I was doing and that $300 campaign generated $12k in revenue before December 1st 2015. And grew that business page to almost 10k genuine, real followers in less than 60 days.
Fast forward 12 months and I went from working in my garage for a few local customers, to two new locations that had sold to all of the lower 48 states and 4 different countries. Almost 7 figures in year 1 as a naive 25 year old kid, All on the back of FB business manager.
2015-2017 Facebook ads were absolute fkng bananas. Talk about building a false sense of confidence in the ability to launch a business lol
What a time to be alive is right. Just wish I’d known then what I know now.

Everyone on iPhone hits the "Ask App Not to Track" thingy and EU privacy regulations (GDPR), TikTok stealing a ton of Instagram and Facebook crowd the past few years, as well as Zuck pivoting resources to Metaverse. Facebook Ads are still good but will never be as good as they were back then.

On the subject of tipping. I've also come around and realized that I'm well-enough off to make someone's day by giving a decent tip. There's freedom, kindness, and empathy in a simple act that doesn't truly cost you and can make you feel good.

Sheesh! I watched this episode 8 months ago when it released and again today and it hit so much harder. The part Shaan mentions about his father's scarcity mindset really hit me in the soul. I truly dont know how to get rid of that feeling now that I am not anything close to living in near poverty.

    B) listen more and let them go on and on, quit cutting them off and explaining the same thing you asked them and as they answered you talk over. Not much but just be mindful. With love

I had this natural deodorant idea a while back . It was so hard to find any natural deodorant product anywhere. It's the simple , everyday ideas that make a huge difference. I'm glad he made it work. I think the next personal care niche is in fluoride free oral care. The fluoride is really messing up a lot. Most people have blocked pineal glands and chakras because of fluoride
