    Ingredients
    * 1000 gr cream cheese (labneh)
    * 700 g of shortbread cookies
    * 400 ml of cream
    * 4 eggs
    * 200 grams of sugar
    * 250 gr butter
    Preparing the ingredients
    - Crush the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter
    - Make it into a mold with edges, put in the oven at 160 degrees for 5-10 minutes and leave to cool down
    Preparation
    - Mix the cream cheese with the sugar carefully so as not to whip it
    - Add eggs one at a time, gradually kneading to get all the air out.
    - Add cream, stir, you can tap on the table a few times to let the air bubbles escape.
    - Pour the filling into the mold
    - Put in the oven for 5 minutes at 170 degrees, then for 1 hour at 100 degrees (check regularly, if necessary you can cover with foil or change the temperature).
    - After an hour turn off the oven but leave the cheesecake inside, open the oven after half an hour
    - Once the cheesecake has cooled, it should be placed in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours
