This is what i like to see,go auction, win a car, bring it home, fix it and sell, that's The game, you beat Randy now, he forget what we like to see. Keep on tracking...
@@gilbertfranklin1537 You would think Randy would catch that just from seeing how slow his subscriber count is building now, and how much the views on his videos has dropped off since he started getting drunk on UA-cam money and making pointless videos everybody keeps saying they don't want to see. Dude had potential before he lost his way.
Wow, great video! In 17 min you went to an auction, bought a car, showed us a 60 mile drive including highway and being stuck in traffic. Polished up the headlights, washed the thing and put it up for sale. Then gave us an update on the Mariner and the Datsun. Good job covering so much, so fast without it feeling rushed.
@@weirdbeard8898 so glad you contacted Randy, and you got out there with this UA-cam thing. For someone who began kinda nervous, you picked up quickly. Now it already seems like you done this for years. Keep up the good work
The little town I live in has a Thanksgiving parade called the 50/50 parade. Half the town is in the parade, the other half is watching. Shout out to living in small towns!
My take would be $2450 sticker, don't take less than $2200. Double your money has to be the principle! Lovin the way the channel's growing, perfect balance of out-n-about vs workshop, keeps me comin back every time :-)
Yes, if the vehicle is taken care of, the mileage is just a number. My daily driver is a 03 avalanche. Has 180k. Trans was rebuilt at 150, the previous owner towed with it. Upgraded parts etc. No rust, every single thing works. 4 matching tires, grease able fittings on everything etc. Paid 7k. I live in upstate NY, dealers charge 7 for one that age and mileage with rust under the cladding, clear peeling etc. That van would fetch 3 to 4 k up here.
I really don't expect he can get more than 2 grand because of the high miles even though what you posted is the Blue Book range. I say ask $2700. Weird beard knows his customers and how much they will pay. Lets see what shakes out.
@@bdpopeye ohh yeah, 27 ain't bad for it either. I was just referring to smaller dealers who do a fair amount of vehicles. Here in NY, for every inch of snow, they lay down 3 of salt. So the fact that it works perfectly, and isn't rotted, the next owner is likely to pay a bit more for a solid car, and it'll physically last several years up here. So if it breaks, they're more inclined to fix it
Great content W. B. I’ve been here since the start and always enjoy your videos. This is an all work, no b.s. channel. Thank you and keep up the good work. 👍👍☮️
Mike as always a great video. Nice to see the car dealers side of it and what goes into making a vehicle saleable. A great lesson for anyone selling privately.
I been with this channel since you had 5 subscribers. Now its grown to an amazing number. I love watching your videos more and more. I'm starting to enjoy your channel a little better than auto auction rebuilds.
You always put in WORK and NEVER afraid to do it. Very good to see a couple clean pieces come your way. You do fantastic detail work. Remember, "people buy things that look nice" cuz they have to show their friends. I'm the opposite. On those headlights, your restore came out great. I find they tend to cloud back up in 6 months. One time try what I do and after cleaning them, CLEAR COAT them - even for a flip is the money warrants it. Thank you for another! Sonny (CT)
I have owned several General Motors vans since 2000. Right now I have a 2008 white Chevy Uplander. My favorite. They go forever. Better than a pick-up. Made in USA.
Great job on these two flip cars! I think this one is well maintained and should bring around $2000 all day long. Keep up the great work! Thanks for sharing your auto adventures with us.
I know this is old but, I drove an Uplander for work. Very comfortable for long trips! My sister bought one with 200k and sold it with over 300k and never had any trouble at all! 3900 is very reliable!
Did it again Mike. Great video content and congrats on the profit from the Mariner. I would ask 2250 for the van and be happy with 2. Of course, up here in the rust belt, a van in that condition even with the miles would probably bring much more. Love your videos Mike
Great job on the Mariner! And Uplander looks like it should be good for you as well! $2000 is more than fair for that. Great content Mike, I really enjoy your channel. Keep it up!
Great job on the Mariner congratulations. This chevy mini van came out looking nice! I think if you put it up for $2500 so that you can get that $2000 that you want. A customer will always want to go back N forth on the price. So if you ask a bit more? That way the customer will drive away thinking he/she the the deal of the year. Love the work you put into a flip. Love the befor and after. Keep up the great job.
WB this was a great buy, well done. Thought the miles were high but as you say it’s been well looked after. Yeh the microphone was a bit crackly but didn’t bother us at all. Content is still exactly what we’re all looking for, it’s great to be on the journey with you. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome. I love seeing you make money. I like the content, once you start making good money on UA-cam keep making good profits on flips. Would have liked to see a little bit more of the f150, just seeing part of the engine was a tease haha. Don’t need a full video just a quick 20 second over view of the next project, especially a work truck.
dude, that slide guitar....THAT's your channel music right there at 10:52 Everything about it says Weird Beard to me. That's you. Nice tune, nice find, good luck!

Another great video - don't sweat the over dub on sound... good audio is terrible expensive. I'm anxious to hear how you fare after about 4 steady months with this format - will your daily income be right for the long hours involved.

264000 sounds like a lot of miles, but not really, it's obviously been garage kept most of its life, and had routine maintenance. I think I'd start her out at $2499.00, and drop down to about $2k for her.
