@@stevedobbins2942 That sounds right but if the condition of the lens is not really faded yet the 2k sanding shouldn't be needed. I normally don't go that far, just when it really needs it.
I always love seeing a WB video in my notifications. You do a great job showing the entire flip process. All of your cars look great when they are ready to sell. I’m ready for your next video already. 👊👍☮️
Walmart oil is as good as any conventional oil, I've used it for years and have had no issues. I also buy the synthetic and use it in our newer cars. That car should bring 2500.00 all day long.
I like to see someone go the extra mile to make the car *right* for the next owner....I'd ask $2499.00 and offer to fix the dent for an additional $350-$450?
I had an 07 Sonata for 11 years. Ran great, ran like a tank. Didn't have TPMS though.....strange. Traded it on a 2018 Sonata for my daily driver. Great car.....will make someone happy.
Awesome video. Great job on the Grand Prix. This car was a great buy. Excellent work getting it fixed and ready for sale. Thanks for sharing these videos. It is worth $2500 all day long.
You should show it to the person that you bought it from. You fixed everything that was wrong with it and it looks great. They might wanna buy it back at near your selling price.
I think it was a fair gamble. Love the worth ethic and honesty that you are willing to put into the flips. Can't wait to watch the channel grow. Sure beats trash talking drama and fancy sports cars.
This hyundia cleaned up pretty nice..... you should get a nice little profit on this one. I also like how you buff up the headlights, it brightens up the front end. Nice work.....
Glad to hear the Grand Prix sold for a good price! Ended up back with the one I had gave to a family member so stoked to have it back myself. Going to try and put the parts for the heads up display in the dash. The Hyundai I would list $2250. Oh wow if goes for that much list for $3500
Hi well that was good and like the new one hope that one goes as good as that and love this man you just keep going on and getting better love it man keep it up nigel
Great profit on the GP - congrats! Nice fixes. Great you always do the headlights. Surprised that so many dont do it. Nothing wrong with that oil. Floormats good idea too! I'd buy a car from you w/o any hesitations! Fun channel to watch!
Hi, Mike: The Hyundai cleaned up real nice - it should move fast. As for the Wal-Mart oil, putting the really expensive synthetic stuff in would be like putting a $100 saddle on a $25 horse. Hope it goes out the door quickly.
Great buy WB, ideal car for a quick flip, should make you a $1000 profit easily as the car has kerb appeal, first to see should buy it....................
We had those Sonatas among our work fleet down here. Good, solid cars that seemed to stand up better to being driven by everybody than many other brands.
2200 to 2800. Cuz dent. Tpms and air bag light. Closer to 2200 cuz of those minor issues (we know minor but buyers will be a bit worried ) good luck! Hope you get asking price!
The variable valve timing solenoid would likely have stumped me. I knew about the oil change trick but was surprised it worked. That window was a lot more work and expense that many would leave. It looks very sharp so would list it for $2995 and not go below $2500. The buyer will be getting a good deal at $2750. Well done!
Reliable comfortable economical car the engine sounds good I think you will make a good profit in this particular car Good luck man keep up the good work
*I love them little Hyundai Sonota's , those things are awesome little cars. great on gas andif you have the V6 not too bad on power either. that one looks pretty clean.too . considering the dent is still kinda there here in the Nashville area you might get lucky and get as much as $2,200.00 for it to the right person*
I think it was a good buy. Around here you may get that from people that still have some tax money. But normally a few hundred less.. But everything has rust around here so you maybe spot on with your price there...
I think you're on target with the Sonata. I had a V-6 version and alloy wheels and paid 5K. It had of course under 100K on the odo though. I really like these cars they are the one to buy when looking. I totaled mine now I have a 14 Hybrid limited. "A poor mans Tesla" I call it. 30 to 70 MPG depending how its driven. Really a little rocker ship...
you could get the wires for the windows on ebay i did that before with my car and if i comes pot riveted i just drilled them out and put on a threaded bolt on the door skin
Those 1995-2010 Hyundai Sonata's 4&6 cyl are very reliable... Engine and transmission are solid....Only issues with them are headlights and turn signal lights blow out about once or twice a year.
Love your videos! Your attention to detail and labor of love should add at least $800 more to the price of the vehicles you sell to be honest. These car flippers in Houston don't give a damn or take pride in their workmanship.
You can get 2200-2400 depending on the dent pair you plan. I sold a 2006 with 220000 miles for 2500 and a 2008 for 3300 and 130000 miles but very good shape.
Do you ever use Goof-off cleaner. I used mineral spirits recently to remove some wheel weight adhesive and it worked pretty good, with a little effort. Didn't have any Goof-off and wasn't going to stop and go to town to get some. If you've used Goof-off, is it better than mineral spirits?
Hey Weird Beard.. Walmart Super Tech Synthetic oil is actually excellent oil! It's made by Warren Distribution in USA. It's made by a company , Warren Distribution, in USA. They make a lot of famous "House Brands". It's rated SN+ which means it exceeds SN rating. Hopefully more people will change their oil more often and extend their engine life. That oil in the Hyundai was really bad! Also Project Farm has been testing motor oils and it rated very well. Great oil on a budget!
Recommend spending the couple extra dollars to get an OEM Hyundai oil filter. Had issues with the aftermarket ones draining the oil back to the oil pan.
That's a nice car. In my neck of the woods with no rust on it, it would go for $3000 to start, anyway. Nice flip, WB. I would buy a car from you with out hesitation.
Good job man. But holy hell that car would easily sell for 4500$ in Edmonton AB. I buy and sell plenty of cars also. Love watching your Video keep it up
I spent much more on cars $800 is nothing, My 2004 Sentra SER cost me $1500 and had a bad engine but the rest of the car was in great shape, so I put a 2nd generation 2.5 QR25DE in it and it is been a awesome car a year later, I am still under 2500 to date with this car and it brings me joy, but my 95 Corvette brings me more along with the young ladies and I am almost 52, what a cure to a mid-life criss! You got a good deal on this car!
Weird Beard.... I love how cool, calm and truthful you are....God bless you real good.
Nice GP flip.
Hyundai, looks like a nice car.
Cleaned up well.
$2,500 is a good asking price.
The car is good value.
Cheers
That Hyundai should be a good flip. Congrats on the grandprix
Thanks man
what are you doing here ?get out 😠😡 i am just kidding 😂i agree it is good fliping car i wish if he make some money good luck👍
How about a tutorial on the Weird Beard Headlight treatment?
wet sand with soapy water and 600, 1000, then 2000 grit sandpaper. then 3 or 4 coats or good clear coat spraypaint
@@stevedobbins2942 That sounds right but if the condition of the lens is not really faded yet the 2k sanding shouldn't be needed. I normally don't go that far, just when it really needs it.
That broken, taped up window would have turned off buyers, so good idea to fix
Wow, didn't realize an oil change could cause that kind of problem
Wb, you earn every cent of your profit.
Cleaning those headlights makes a big difference, WB!!!!
I agree
Makes you miss the old glass headlights that was fine I thought lol
I always love seeing a WB video in my notifications. You do a great job showing the entire flip process. All of your cars look great when they are ready to sell. I’m ready for your next video already. 👊👍☮️

All oil has to pass industry standards so all brands should be ok .
Jerry Berryhill Id buy it.
Jerry Berryhill I also buy the Supertech synthetic 5w20 oil for my Honda. For $15 a 5 quart jug, it’s hard to beat and it’s pretty good oil.
I like to see someone go the extra mile to make the car *right* for the next owner....I'd ask $2499.00 and offer to fix the dent for an additional $350-$450?

I agree. They are great cars.
Walmart oil n filters ain't bad ran lots of them no issues.. keep up good work bro.
Walmart oil tested good by the Project Farm. Sure you can buy better but you did the right thing. Tax time, you should be able to get more for it.
Another great flip car!!
Another great video.Keep up the good work. Thanks for being so positive. You’re an excellent tech.
LOL, And The headlights. Good luck on your next flip!
Rollin on that grand. Now, that's pretty cool stuff!! Keep on bringing the content, enjoying as always!
I think it was a fair gamble. Love the worth ethic and honesty that you are willing to put into the flips. Can't wait to watch the channel grow. Sure beats trash talking drama and fancy sports cars.
Yes I’d buy a used car from this man!
To save money when you cruise the junk yards grab headlight bulbs , relays ,fuses and even new air filters. A lot cheaper .
Good tip
You tell it like it is beard..straight and to the point
Congrats on the Grand Prix Flip. Like you new purchase. Have an awesome day.
I've been watching you 2 year old videos. You do awesome work and like seeing your channel grow!
Great job once again WB, I have a tip for pushing dents out use an old foot ball blader behind the dent and blow it up, works great man 👍👌
Thanks for the reply man, if ever you need any help just send a text and ask man, no problem at all, from one WB to another 👌
Nice flip always great vids and nice pickups 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Enjoy these videos. Keep up the good work!
A great flip car! Keep them coming...
This hyundia cleaned up pretty nice..... you should get a nice little profit on this one. I also like how you buff up the headlights, it brightens up the front end. Nice work.....
Told ya you'd do great, shoulda asked a bit more. But you did awesome! Congrats!
Great video Mike , Thanks and good luck !

Great find Mike! I'd say $2500 is more than fair. It's a very clean car! Keep up the great work.
Love these type of videos. Keep it up.
Great job on the flip!!

$2500 is what I blurted out while watching, but failed to type it in. Brilliant minds think alike....lol. Keep the good stuff coming, thanks!

Just noticed the OK plates that’s dope I just moved back to Cali from broken arrow. Miss OK
Great score WB on the Hyundai clean $2800 all day long

We had those Sonatas among our work fleet down here. Good, solid cars that seemed to stand up better to being driven by everybody than many other brands.
Nice video. Hope to see more flips. Maybe you can add content how you buy the car from individuals and not auctions :)
Great job as always 👍
Your hustle is obvious keep up the good work.
2200 to 2800. Cuz dent. Tpms and air bag light. Closer to 2200 cuz of those minor issues (we know minor but buyers will be a bit worried ) good luck! Hope you get asking price!

Nice job Mike. You really do a great job on your cars.
Other than those POS's Randy buys.
You rock man! I think 🤔 you can fix any thing.

Good job Mike, looks smart.
It’s a brilliant car to flip with your skills it’ll look great. Great content as always. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏴
Thanks
Looks very good!!!
I like the ride home and your commentary. My granddaughter had the same car. It served her well, over 250,000 miles when she traded it in.
They will last a long time when taken care of
content always good and so nice to see rust free vehicles
Great content Mike, but I would’ve liked to of seen you attack that dent in the headlights. Good luck on your next Lynn!
Walmart oil is great for flip cars dude! I agree with u
Nice Mike 👍 you should be able to get $1800 all day long with a little clear up and fix

You might be able to get a regulator repair kit for the window.. new gear and cables?
I think better than auction sometimes to buy privately. Good score for $800. $1850-$2000 all day long. Good content.
WB, whatever happened to Randy's Orange 3 series?
I am sure it had been sold already but I don't recall you going thru the numbers.
Cheap oil changed often has always worked for me, never an oil related problem in 30 years, clean it the key!
