Ya I know your saying , dang it he’s back ! Ok here we go my pulse gen. Is 30 , my coil is .7 my gray wire is .9 I thought I had 265 at my stater but now I have 0 , did my stater go out and that’s why I have no spark ? I also checked the timing it’s dead nuts on ! I bought a new CDI box ( round plug ) it don’t have a battery , I’ve mounted the engine in a Cushman truckster and I’m not sure of the shift pattern on this motor ? 1984 200es is the engine . Does this CDI box need a battery and the small one doesn’t? I have a 1986 Honda fourtrax 250 and it’s pattern is 1 down the rest up . Do I need to have this in neutral to get spark ? Man I’m stuck ! I thought I was a decent mechanic but boy this ones got me pulling my hair ( and I’m bald already) thank you Harvey !
i was riding my 1984 Atc 200 and it just shut off on me. like it ran out of gas or something. i cranked it. it started a couple times and stalled.now im not getting spark. my cdi connected to the head well i took the 2 screws out and cdi was full of oil. my question is. can i add an external cdi box instead. my bike has absolutely no lights or anything. just a push button for start button and it cranks the motor. i plan to take my harness off and wire it up. and get it running for now with the woring
Hey Harvey awesome video I got a question about the switch situation I finally got my atc110 running after restoring it like I was telling you about but the off-and-on switch for the lights is stuck in the on position what could I do to free it up the off-and-on switch to kill it works perfect

Can u use a 125-150 cc coil on a 185 atc or should I return in and get a 150-200 wire kit and a lot of them have start swicthes but it only has pull start so I dnt think it’ll be a problem right
It came from house fire and all burnt but the cdi wires goes and u cna see the color till u get to the end of it and then the stator all burnt but I think after I take the chain guard off there be enough to see wht colors are which I jst hope the stator still works

Hey Harvey just want to say because of your videos I have a new passion. Anyway I bought a 84 atc 200s but no pull start and its a super pain trying to getting it running and having covid has made me weak and broke would you be able to sale me a pull start
hey i have a 1983 atc 200e it has spark. Sometimes starts first pull. Then when turned off it hard to restart. Any ideas on what my problem could be? Thanks

Hey I bought myself a Honda 200s and it won’t start for some reason I bought a new stator and now it still won’t start but it makes it harder to pull. What could it be?
Needs a top end job I guess. I know somewhere in the hoard you have another switch. Never mind I was thinking breaks again. LOL I know I know we don't need no stinking breaks!
