    I've described some of my facial to bodily fatigue (they work independently as odd as it sounds). Sometimes if I do a leg workout, the next day my face is in a horrifying fatigue-sensation like something is pressing at the centre of my head, pulling downward all day. Conversely, other times full-body exercise helps open up my airways very briefly within the exercise-time.
    Because I've gone through this for a long time, and am now 40 years old, my symptoms are layered and are mixed up with other symptoms, like for example I am prone to sinus-pains. I need help but I'm not sure how to get it. I have had over 10 years of "fatigue" and not just tiredness, so much so that I can describe different types of fatigue aside from pain. I am also living many years without any source of income nor government aid, now age 40. When I repeatedly finish school, I don't receive a job :s
