My thoughts exactly! I'm 65, and haven't been inside a hair salon in ages! I began my own IC business at home due to illness around 2002, and I completely stopped wearing the heels, hose, stylish dresses, and makeup I wore in my Corporate America job. It was a relief. I have to admit that I did enjoy certain aspects of having to look really good in the office. I never dyed my hair because I have a nice natural color. I used to wear it long and have the occasional perm or cut. It was simple but looked good. But I did most of my "styling" myself, as did lots of the women I worked with. On the floor I worked the longest, we wanted to look good when the corporate people showed up here. Everybody just usually looked good. We wanted to. The makeup was last to go, but I really didn't wear much except to enhance my eyes. Sit down, Sarah. Listen up: most women these days can't afford regular professional hair styling. They do not have professional makeup done for court hearings! You can damn well do your own hair, which is not very long! As for makeup, you would do well to appear as natural as possible by only highlighting a feature or two. You also can do this yourself. Go for a look of innocence...I know you probably like the attention of the press, but I really hope the judge denies your ridiculous request to have professional styling, as if you were an actress going on stage to perform. Hmmmm....did I think the thought I just thought? That would be an insane precedent to set...but then, look at the shape the country is in. Scary thought!
I'm beginning to develop a real hatred for this woman. But I can't look away lol. Not to mention I don't think the best pro hair stylist will be able to accomplish anything in her horrible haircut.
I have NEVER seen a woman in any murder trial have their hair done that looks like it wasn’t someone from the jail, and I’ve never seen make up allowed. I can think of all the women who had their hair half way grown out from previous hair color, so it was gray on top and the ends still had the bottle color. I think if Sarah wins this hair styling based on how the jury may judge her then all of the convictions on woman with half and half hair color should have grounds for appeal. I think it’s a slippery slope. Not saying she shouldn’t be allowed to be clean and wear street clothes but they already granted street clothes and thats incredibly common to begin with, Sarah needs to be special and I don’t see why the judge should indulge her , again slippery slope.
I think Owens is filing all those Motions with no caselaw in order to try to push the State to ask for a Continuance, thinking the Judge would give it to the State... The State is on top of everything. So far, very impressed by the State's handling of the case.
Me too. And thank god for that. Having not heard from them for so long was making me worried. But the prosecution team seems ready to crush this case and put Sarah where she belongs.
She's a time and money waster, doesn't care about anything but herself, to this day, she has shown zero remorse for the way George had to pass. I myself watched the suitcase video ONE time and have FF every time since. I can't watch it and I don't even know him.
& BTW, yes, male inmates typically can get a haircut & shave prior to trial… BUT it’s done by other inmates in the jails "barber shop" by trustees (some working towards a barber/cosmetology certificate or those who had one prior to incarceration), NOT by a professional civilian hair dresser. And she can use a red Jolly Rancher for lipstick like some often do. 😉
Plz continue with S.B. I can’t get enough. I doubt if professional cosmetics or hairstyling will help her in any way. Attractiveness comes from the heart, and her heart is not nice. She’s mean, demanding, vindictive. Some of the most beautiful people don’t even do their hair or wear cosmetics. It’s because they are sweet, kind, and warm-hearted. The last image I have of SB, she was grinning in a smug way. My mother would have said something like, “I would have smacked that look off her face.” Boy, tempting…
Please yes! Cover everything in this case! I remember hearing about this case so long ago, and it’s certainly a tragic case, but the behavior and antics of Sara Boone is what I really want to see! Based on the evidence I’ve seen reported, I would imagine she will be found guilty, but I will be watching this trial, and ALL of your breakdowns of what’s happening because of her actions leading up to the trial! Thank you Peter for guiding us through this whole thing!
The thing is. I am sure there are millions of Americans who have never heard of Sarah Boone and have seen the videos. I have because I follow this channel and have been watching since Darrell Brooks. I have mentioned to friends or family the names of Darrell Brooks, Chad Daybell, Lori Vallow, Sarah Boone, Charlie Adelson, Donna Adelson, etc., and they have no idea who I am talking about. Not everyone follows real crime. So it might not be as difficult as they think to find an impartial jury.
@Ennuisprinkles True, but even in Waukesha, WI, where Darrell Brooks killed 6 and injured 60+ more (for example), they were able to seat a jury that knew very little about the case. That Christmas Parade tradgedy was national news. I'm multiple states away but saw it on the news. But they seated an impartial jury.
I also heard he had a stroke or heart attack so at some point, he wasn't even available to for her. That would be one thing, but she continues to act like she's the star client whose attorneys should be at her every beck and call.
8 attorneys (experts FREE to help her navigate the law, for her best outcome)+ 1 ex husband (who said on body cam- she had alcohol problem and was physically abusive to him while under the influence) leading HIM filing for divorce + 1 young child neglected of her attention ( most importantly) 😢1 deceased boyfriend =11 *Add George’s family member’s to this list. *Add the prosecution team to the suffering. *Soon to be +1 attorney =9 (possibly, this is her pattern of behavior) The woman has (tried but failed) to insult the judge’s intelligence on multiple occasions in written correspondence (put on display for the public’s 👀 eyes) This includes the 8 attorneys mentioned above, that also received some derogatory comments from her. Multiple prison guards reported demanding behavior. The apartment Mgr. & resident’s of her community were subjected to her shenanigans, with multiple incidents requiring police presence & arrests. The body-cam & interviews she performed in, pre & post arrest incidents (suitcase video excluded). Tells me ALL I need to know about Sarah Boone. She (allegedly) has no access to alcohol in prison. So, SOBER Sarah has put on public display these inherit character traits that are concerning IMO- The sense of entitlement, the arrogance, the defiance, the lack of empathy, accountability, respect for other’s, narcissistic traits -still on display for the world to see, and she is unapologetic STILL for the murder of George Torres. The common denominator remains consistent in this case, as I have applied simple math here, adding up the victims affected by Sarah Boones antics. I am certain there are many more! This woman is insufferable 😫 IMO. I can’t imagine being imprisoned in prison, having to bunk in a cell with this woman. I would ask for solitary confinement to maintain my sanity. SOBER Sarah + DRUNK Sarah = SAME SARAH. Too bad she did not seek treatment for her alcohol addiction, but as you can see ( underneath it all) she is not a nice person. STILL! Rant over!
@@1PrayerWarrior4 She is like a hurricane 🌀 taking anything & everyone out that is in her way. No empathy or remorse for the death of George. Some people are incapable of empathy. She qualifies IMO.
As much as I try, I cannot match the mental images of Boone in a skirt suit and full head of makeup/blowout, and her in her tshirt, short shorts and flipflops from the video.
I still think when the detective said "we have to do it" she was referring to them having to read and review the Miranda Rights again. I don't think she meant it to be "we have to talk right now" That's just my interpretation when watching the video, with all surrounding context.
I think the "professional" hair and makeup request refers to the style, like they said "professional clothes," and not to getting someone to come in and style her.
yup, ironically i HOPE she sues the pants off this guy and sends him to retirement poor.. he is an embarrassment to the system that relied on him to give her her fair rights.. He was turning phones off and changing numbers etc.. SHe should take him down now that she has nothing but time.. imagine how many other clients he let down when their life was on the line

PROFESSIONAL hair styling?!? Is she out of her damn mind?! FFS. NO!!! A fresh hair cut? Yes. Hair styling tools? If we’re discussing a hair brush, maybe a round brush, okay if she’s under constant supervision while she uses it. Her hair is super short. That’s all you need! Wet it down, round brush it under. I know. My hair is just as short as hers. And pin straight- my pic was me after I spent HOURS curling it. The makeup I could almost understand. A squeeze tube of concealer, foundation, cream blush, even cream bronzer and highlighter- sure. Cool. A beauty blender (or cheap variant there of like the Ulta brand sponge) for sure. Apply with fingers, blend with sponge. I might even be cool with a mascara tube. Use highlighter and bronzer as eye makeup. Blush as lipstick. If she returns it to her jailers and uses it under strict supervision, great. If she behaves inappropriately, she loses the privilege. But professional hair services? Witch please. Who do you think you are?!?
Sounds like your angling for a book deal. I’ll help you out with the title: If You Did It - Make-Up Tips for Criminal Defendants: How to Get an Innocent Verdict Even When You’re Guilty (and Look Like You Are.)
You listed wayyy too much makeup. Bronzer & highlight? Lol, no. Her lawyers should be allowed to buy her a powder compact & a tube of mascara at the absolute most.
@@jessika702 I’m trying to be overly generous here. Also, if I don’t use color products on top of a foundation or concealer, I look washed out AF. Which might be part of why I’m overly generous. But they could get for her the foundation, bronzer, blush, highlighter, and sponge for under $20. And as long as the tax payers aren’t paying for a damn thing, that sounds fair to me.
And here I thought I might get flack for suggesting moisturizer and cheek/lip tint. Since both of them need no tools other than fingers and maybe tp/paper towel.
She acts so entilted. Shows how manipulative she truely is. Makes me think there was malice behind her suitcase footage when she behaves like this. I couldn't be juror, i think shes guilty! Usually i reserve my thoughts until ive seen trial. SB is my acception
I absolutely think you’re onto some thing. Well, I can only imagine how hard the detectives jobs are. I wish they would’ve got it together because the guy detective in my opinion was covering bases in case she tried to pull all this stuff.
Peter said that IF that was granted, it would likely have to be a friend of hers or something. There's almost no chance the taxpayers are going to pay for a professional hairstylist for her.
I think Mr Owens if he has been honest about his reasons wanted to do the best he could for Sarah and not have her go to trial with no counsel. He probably overestimated what he could do and was relying on a continuance the court previously made clear they were not going to grant. I think if the state is ready for the scheduled trial date and doesn’t ask for a continuance then barring something unforeseen the trial will happen whether the defense has everything they need or not
Peter, I live in Florida, and my taxes are paying for her for four years and room and board and now she wants professional hair dressing and make up and professional clothing. I’m sorry take her to Walmart.
According to her lawyer on this motion “defendant has the right to appear before this jury and prospective jurors in the same manner as she would outside of confinement” key words in the same manner, from the videos we have seen she did not have her hair professionally done nor would she wear makeup, so why does she need that now!
Certainly the jail wouldn't go for a "professional" to come in there every morning at 3 am to get Sarah ready. I hope Mr. Cheveneaux (sp?) can weigh in on that, lol.
As someone who has been a makeup artist for over 20 years (not really anymore... I have only worked with friends and close family for the last 5 years), who also has done some hair styling (cut, color, blowdry, style, etc...), I have never heard of this and nelther have any of my fellow cosmetologists 😂 if I was ever asked to do these things, I'd probably say no... not only because I'd get paid probably a fraction of what I'm worth...but because I don't need to stoop so low as to do a murderers makeup/hair 😂🤦🏻♀️ a makeup artists fingers are her best tools...right above her brushes. The heat from your fingers, the gentle touch, etc....are what is required for great looking makeup.
She should be in civilian clothing for her trial. However she is not entitled to professional hair and make-up. Restrain her at the table so the jury can't see it.
Battered spouse by way of accident? 😂 Off topic but would you & Papa consider a segment about immunity? Seems to pop up at least peripherally in every case & ppl get confused by it. Thanks!
I think the way you’ve handled the Sarah Boone case is a teatament to who you are as a human being - a true gentleman. Thanks for being one of the very good ones, Peter.
I actually don't trust this attorney from the jump and think he's only going to lie. Sarah is guilty as shit but he focused on his capital murder case and he didn't do much with her.
This is exactly why this lawyer is doing this. The judge is not going to do it. OCT 7!!!!!!This guy is talking like this woman isn't a total crackpot. But 1 2, even 3 it's the lawyer's fault, 9...it's her!
But she has only been charged, not convicted. Whatever the court of public opinion thinks, she is innocent until proven guilty. Smacks of narcissism though 🤷🏻♀️

Yes, defend your client zealously, but it seems to me it has become more about just winning a case, even if the outcome lets someone like Sarah Boone go free.
I hate to tell you this, but it’s ALWAYS (well about 96%)about winning the case. Guilt or innocence rarely has anything to do with. Money and winning…that’s the attorney game. (The two motivations are usually joined at the hip.) Of course, LYK may be one of those 4%… he certainly seems like it. He also seems fair-minded, which of course is an admirable quality. 😊 Prosecutors and Defense attorneys put on a good show for the jury but they’re actually often friends…they’re certainly not enemies! They’re seen joking with other in between “rounds” which seems to upset those people who actually believe legal TV shows are real. And I guarantee you the defense doesn’t care if their client is innocent or guilty. (Which is why I could never be a defense attorney. I need to actually sleep at night.) Sire, everyone’s entitled to a vigorous defense but I think if it’s discovered later that an attorney absolutely and unequivocally knew his client was guilty he should be charged with aiding and abetting after the fact. But that’s just me.
A defense lawyer owes his client a competent strategy that produces the best outcome achievable given the evidence obtained. This doesn't require a lawyer to be thinking about one person's case %100 of the time. I would expect a lawyer to give progress reports at predetermined intervals and projected dates at which certain hearings were to take place. A long range trial date estimate(month only) would be included. I would guess one long initial meeting would have to take place to go over discovery and discuss strategy. Here is where the lawyer wold lay down ground rules as to when the defendant can call him/her and under what conditions. The frequency of the progress reports would be discussed here.
permitted to appear as they normally do in freedom, sounds fair. BUT ...did Sarah get a prof hair do and make up every day on the out side???? I don't think so.
She always has on some grubby little T-shirt and jeans shorts and flip flops. She wore very little makeup- maybe some mascara or lip gloss but I’m almost certain she never had full on glam
Why would she be allowed custody of any hair or make-up product when she was discovered to have been smuggling staples into the prison by concealing them in the pants of her jail uniform?
@@Lorgy2 I have no idea where the victims of staple trafficking end up in a corrections facility, but if I had to guess, I imagine they are being used as some form of currency or for barter in exchange for cigarettes for Ms. Boone.
Yet we all know that anyone who _truly_ understood Miranda would keep their yap shut. Everyone who actually understands Miranda says "Do not talk to the police." Miranda itself IS a 'talismanic incantation' which *does not accomplish anything other* than circumventing suspects rights; and it works exactly because they do not actually understand the real implications of waiving their rights.
Sarah's court days will begin very early in the mornings due to her current incarcerated status. Her hair stylist and makeup artist would no doubt not be not up to Sarah's exacting standards. Her inevitable abuse combined with the super early start makes finding a professional pretty slim I would say.
She has added employees of the State Attorney office as witnesses and the prosecutor added a request for protective order. Can this be added to the discussion?
I love Whitney❤️ I’m glad she asks all the questions that I have thought! I hope you guys continue it’s great having an outside view with your lawyer expertise.
Glad you made it through the storm. I'm in Savannah and we got 75 mile per hour winds. Lots of Trees down..Sarah Boone wants to doll up so she can try impress the jury and use her narcissism.😂
I fear that Owens is pretty disingenuous in his offering of his services. He knew that this would give him exposure and to be able to get this case he had to do what she demanded, as ridiculous as the demands are. He wanted to be on court tv ultimately, and he's got his wish, and probably a book deal
So when they are selecting the jury, and they are asked do you know SB, do you know about this case, have you seen anything on you tube, what is stopping them from saying no even if they did?
This exact situation is present in all high-profile cases. In recent years, various jurors have been called out for having prior knowledge they denied during the voir dire, too. Ultimately, it falls to the jurors to be honest. Perhaps they need to attach a perjury penalty to false statement, but I'm not sure how it would be enforced.
You know dang well if SB was out on bail she would NOT be paying for pro hair stylists out of her own pocket. Its rediculous for her to even ask but she is absolutely rediculous so it makes sense i guess.
I hope part of the judges sentencing is that Sarah cannot use any money she might obtain from shows/movies of herself, but for those she has wronged. I love that other judge Jennifer Darrow has done that for Darrell Brooks and the case of the Eye Drop Murders.
Obviously given the totality of the circumstances, hair and makeup is not going to get her off or make her a likeable person. However, there has been plenty of credible research done on how physical appearance does cause bias towards a person in the legal system (better looking people getting lighter sentences etc.). So I think in the interest of having a completely fair, ethical trial, she should have access to hair care and cosmetics. An expensive professional is too much, but she should be able to fix her appearance within reason.
Please keep the step by step updates coming!
Professional hair and makeup is ridiculous!

There's not enough makeup or hair product in the world to cover up Sarah Boone's monstrous actions.
Absolutely 👍
Well said😊
Fact!
Lip stick on a pig😂! As we said on the farm !
Maybe someone can spare her some amica cream
I think Owens is filing all those Motions with no caselaw in order to try to push the State to ask for a Continuance, thinking the Judge would give it to the State... The State is on top of everything. So far, very impressed by the State's handling of the case.
Exactly this... He's tap dancing
She can do her hair and wear normal civilian clothes but a professional hair sytlist and makeup?? No way!
It’s much more likely that far more people will be following it in her location where a jury will be selected
@@EnnuisprinklesI didn’t even think about that, that makes a lot of sense
@DoreenMarr I am a retiree. Therefore, I have time to watch true crime. None of my friends or relatives know about true crime.
Please keep following Sarah Boone and her case in detail!
Yes, keep covering the S. Boone trial. 👍👍👍
Peter, She was calling this guy like 5-6 times a day. Did this to every single attorney.
yeah i don't understand why he continues to slander him
I also heard he had a stroke or heart attack so at some point, he wasn't even available to for her. That would be one thing, but she continues to act like she's the star client whose attorneys should be at her every beck and call.
8 attorneys (experts FREE to help her navigate the law, for her best outcome)+ 1 ex husband (who said on body cam- she had alcohol problem and was physically abusive to him while under the influence) leading HIM filing for divorce + 1 young child neglected of her attention (
most importantly) 😢1 deceased boyfriend =11
*Add George’s family member’s to this list.
*Add the prosecution team to the suffering.
*Soon to be +1 attorney =9 (possibly,
this is her pattern of behavior)
The woman has (tried but failed) to insult the judge’s intelligence on multiple occasions in written correspondence (put on display for the public’s 👀 eyes) This includes the 8 attorneys mentioned above, that also received some derogatory comments from her.
STILL! Rant over!
He is an elder man in private practice, possibly with minimal staffing.
@@1PrayerWarrior4 She is like a hurricane 🌀 taking anything & everyone out that is in her way. No empathy or remorse for the death of George. Some people are incapable of empathy. She qualifies IMO.
Lol I love the picture you use of her in the thumbnails, sums her up perfectly
As much as I try, I cannot match the mental images of Boone in a skirt suit and full head of makeup/blowout, and her in her tshirt, short shorts and flipflops from the video.
Sure a nice business suit and some basic makeup like mascara or lipstick would be fine but I don’t know what to do with that hair
I love Whitney’s take, it’s like the rest of us non-legal professionals. U.S. everyday juror people!
So a jury might find her guilty if she's fresh faced. Hmmm. I CANNOT WAIT for her to be found guilty and we NEVER hear her name again!
Not a big fan of her former lawyer doing tv interviews before her trial has begun. Seems unprofessional to me.
agreed. talking abt what his defense strategy was gonna be is, to me, privileged info!!! esp before her trial, as you said!!
yup, ironically i HOPE she sues the pants off this guy and sends him to retirement poor.. he is an embarrassment to the system that relied on him to give her her fair rights.. He was turning phones off and changing numbers etc.. SHe should take him down now that she has nothing but time.. imagine how many other clients he let down when their life was on the line
@@_gatsby Shame on you. Sarah already abused him enough and caused problems for him with his work colleagues and family.
Even less professional in my mind was her current lawyer Owens doing an in interview side by side Bankowitz.
@@sharonhoyt2133 she did, 1000%.. but he had a job to give her fair rights as a US citizen.. rights are rights
Please continue to follow this case....we can't stop now !! Thanks Peter 😊
OMG I have been without power, water, gas and food in short supply in Western NC, so glad to have a morale booster from The Lawyer You Know
I feel like Owen’s is just doing what Sarah wants. Like the make up.
Anything for the publicity being kept front and center.
Yup, and that way, there can't be appeals due to IAC
It's starting to feel more like grooming than lawyering,
If she blinks I wanna know😁. Please keep on covering this .
@@AnnaleeseErickson 🤣🤣
Instead of Farrah Fawcett in The Burning Bed we’re going to get Sarah Boone on the Closing of the Suitcase. It’s makeup not magic and I’m sure she won’t be pleased even if done by a professional for her pre movie moment. Fu
Peter, This is the attorney that Sarah criticized the most. She basically said he was an incompetent buffoon. This is his chance to redeem himself.
Defend himself or redeem himself? He is a buffoon. She nailed it.
She probably drove him crazy, why is he back? No work?
Was he the one who had a stroke, heart attack or something other serious illness?
@@Lorgy2 yes, also a severe car accident AND he was trying a capital case alone. he was BEGGING to be removed for months and the court kept refusing to let him off the case. he was hospitalized twice iirc. she also was calling him 6+ times DAILY and harassing his family
One must always include case law when trying to argue an issue. I’m amazed her lawyers didn’t cite not one. 🤷♀️
I’ll help you out with the title:
If You Did It - Make-Up Tips for Criminal Defendants: How to Get an Innocent Verdict Even When You’re Guilty (and Look Like You Are.)
Witch please. 😂
She acts so entilted. Shows how manipulative she truely is. Makes me think there was malice behind her suitcase footage when she behaves like this. I couldn't be juror, i think shes guilty! Usually i reserve my thoughts until ive seen trial. SB is my acception
Is it possible to do that to someone who is begging for help without malice?
Oh I absolutely think there was malice. What she says is so cold, hateful, and seemed like revenge.
I absolutely think you’re onto some thing. Well, I can only imagine how hard the detectives jobs are. I wish they would’ve got it together because the guy detective in my opinion was covering bases in case she tried to pull all this stuff.
Why should the people have to pay for her hair and makeup?!?🤬
Peter said that IF that was granted, it would likely have to be a friend of hers or something. There's almost no chance the taxpayers are going to pay for a professional hairstylist for her.
@@SamanthaLeigh7 she has friends?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@lucyluzhuertafans for sure
@@lucyluzhuerta I literally thought that too when I wrote it, but that's what Peter said in another video not long ago. 🤣
@@lr8189 🤣😂😂😂
I think Mr Owens if he has been honest about his reasons wanted to do the best he could for Sarah and not have her go to trial with no counsel. He probably overestimated what he could do and was relying on a continuance the court previously made clear they were not going to grant.
I think if the state is ready for the scheduled trial date and doesn’t ask for a continuance then barring something unforeseen the trial will happen whether the defense has everything they need or not
Keep following, we’re too invested at this point.
Peter, I live in Florida, and my taxes are paying for her for four years and room and board and now she wants professional hair dressing and make up and professional clothing. I’m sorry take her to Walmart.
Yeah, the clearance rack
According to her lawyer on this motion “defendant has the right to appear before this jury and prospective jurors in the same manner as she would outside of confinement” key words in the same manner, from the videos we have seen she did not have her hair professionally done nor would she wear makeup, so why does she need that now!
It's way down on the list of things that matter, tbh. She's been a nightmare.
I think they are giving in as much as they possibly can because you know she’s going to lose and appeal.
Have to say LYK is a very likable lawyer on social media. Coverage on this case has been great .. thanks for keeping us up to speed!
He got his $ 15,000 and Boone treated him like dirt so why would he be dishonest and stick up for her at all
Certainly the jail wouldn't go for a "professional" to come in there every morning at 3 am to get Sarah ready. I hope Mr. Cheveneaux (sp?) can weigh in on that, lol.
If S is paying her attorney, he can pay for her stylist and makeup artist.
Omigosh loved the podcast with you and Whitney!!!!
She should be in civilian clothing for her trial. However she is not entitled to professional hair and make-up. Restrain her at the table so the jury can't see it.
Battered spouse by way of accident? 😂
Off topic but would you & Papa consider a segment about immunity? Seems to pop up at least peripherally in every case & ppl get confused by it. Thanks!
I think the way you’ve handled the Sarah Boone case is a teatament to who you are as a human being - a true gentleman. Thanks for being one of the very good ones, Peter.
Keep the Boone stuff coming!
I actually don't trust this attorney from the jump and think he's only going to lie. Sarah is guilty as shit but he focused on his capital murder case and he didn't do much with her.
Agreed
I tend to agree. I do believe she was difficult but also feel she had legitimate complaints regarding him
She sure is making a mockery of her case at this point...
This is exactly why this lawyer is doing this. The judge is not going to do it. OCT 7!!!!!!This guy is talking like this woman isn't a total crackpot. But 1 2, even 3 it's the lawyer's fault, 9...it's her!
She was hard to get along with...period
Is
Sarah Boone thinks she got the Elisabeth “Betty” Broderick budget. She’s requesting PROFESSIONAL hair and make up. Ma’am, please.
Betty Broderick...YES!!😂😅
They can give her a stylist but I don't know how much they can help with what she's got, looks like someone gave her a prank cut.
Oh that awful bowl haircut, dutch boy?
If she wasn't going to be completely unshackled when she was pro se why would they completely unshackle her when she has legal representation?
NO hair or make up done professionally!!!! She's an inmate!!!
But she has only been charged, not convicted. Whatever the court of public opinion thinks, she is innocent until proven guilty. Smacks of narcissism though 🤷🏻♀️
Thx for keeping us up to date. Keep it up on this trial

She didn't do her hair or makeup on a normal day, heck no
Does she really think makeup and hair is going to make a difference ???? I don’t think so IMO
I sorta hope she gets it, just to avoid hearing her complain about it...oh who am I kidding, she'll complain.
Sarah ! This is your stylist, his name is Stevie Wonder
(The two motivations are usually joined at the hip.)
Of course, LYK may be one of those 4%… he certainly seems like it. He also seems fair-minded, which of course is an admirable quality. 😊
Prosecutors and Defense attorneys put on a good show for the jury but they’re actually often friends…they’re certainly not enemies! They’re seen joking with other in between “rounds” which seems to upset those people who actually believe legal TV shows are real.
And I guarantee you the defense doesn’t care if their client is innocent or guilty. (Which is why I could never be a defense attorney. I need to actually sleep at night.)
Sire, everyone’s entitled to a vigorous defense but I think if it’s discovered later that an attorney absolutely and unequivocally knew his client was guilty he should be charged with aiding and abetting after the fact.
I appreciate the clarity of your comment. Well done.
Soooo glad you’re ok!!!! After pics I seen of Clearwater I was worried
permitted to appear as they normally do in freedom, sounds fair. BUT ...did Sarah get a prof hair do and make up every day on the out side???? I don't think so.
She always has on some grubby little T-shirt and jeans shorts and flip flops. She wore very little makeup- maybe some mascara or lip gloss but I’m almost certain she never had full on glam
She was in her apartment drinking. She looked like crap. Her hair was such a bad “style.” I doubt she even owned any cosmetics.
Agree.
I can’t get enough of Sarah Boone for some reason, so if you keep covering it I will watch it.
Why would she be allowed custody of any hair or make-up product when she was discovered to have been smuggling staples into the prison by concealing them in the pants of her jail uniform?
She wouldn’t
Why did she do that, can staples be used for something specific in jail
Ah I just googled it probably used to make tattooing equipment
@@Lorgy2 I have no idea where the victims of staple trafficking end up in a corrections facility, but if I had to guess, I imagine they are being used as some form of currency or for barter in exchange for cigarettes for Ms. Boone.
The trial better start October 7!! I’m on maternity leave until the end of October and I won’t be able to watch at work.
Bruce Rivers says stop self snitching
I agree with you that some of her complaints have been valid. I appreciate you calling that out.
Yes continue with SB
Thank you so much for continuing to cover this case. Loving the podcasts and Whitney!!
Sarah's court days will begin very early in the mornings due to her current incarcerated status. Her hair stylist and makeup artist would no doubt not be not up to Sarah's exacting standards. Her inevitable abuse combined with the super early start makes finding a professional pretty slim I would say.
It was stated she will get up at. 4 am.
Love your breakdown of this case, please continue to provide them.
She has added employees of the State Attorney office as witnesses and the prosecutor added a request for protective order. Can this be added to the discussion?
You were supposed to start your post with “ Spoiler Alert “
Protective order 😮
I love Whitney❤️ I’m glad she asks all the questions that I have thought! I hope you guys continue it’s great having an outside view with your lawyer expertise.
Her lawyers can pay out of pocket for stylists if they want to, the state should not have to spend any more money on this creature.
Glad you made it through the storm. I'm in Savannah and we got 75 mile per hour winds. Lots of Trees down..Sarah Boone wants to doll up so she can try impress the jury and use her narcissism.😂
Glad you're OK! My sister is there, too. Sending 💙
I fear that Owens is pretty disingenuous in his offering of his services. He knew that this would give him exposure and to be able to get this case he had to do what she demanded, as ridiculous as the demands are. He wanted to be on court tv ultimately, and he's got his wish, and probably a book deal
I agree w everything you said.
Rewatch crew here, I could write that I'm a lawyer but that doesn't mean it's true
Yes, Follow Sarah Boone! :-D
I’d one can make Homely Uma Thurman attractive with makeup, anything’s possible.
Always here for anything Boone! 👍 👍 👍
Having someone else do the makeup and hair might mitigate the risk that Sarah could sneak out some contraband.
Give her a cover girl compact and call it a day.
I caught a live! I'm happy to see you're doing well.
