I have an "VS" video idea. Make a deck that revolves around either 'Two-headed King Rex', 'Snake Hair' or 'Fairy Dragon' and try to summon one of the fusion monsters of the monster you chose and try to win. If you manage to summon BOTH fusion monsters somehow, good for you I suppouse.
I chose these three classic monsters because they all have two alternative fusion forms
King Rex: Bracchio-raidus & Cyber Saurus
Snake Hair: Skelgon & Great Mammoth of Goldfine
Fairy Dragon: Kaiser Dragon & Aqua Dragon
Thecnically onem ore classic monster, Skull Servant also has Flame Ghost and Zombie Warrior, but C'mon, Skull Servant suppport is just too OP compared these three.
Shoutouts to the newest banlist in Master Duel that just banned Terraforming, and limited 3/4 of the Ishizus
I mean, Tear still is gonna dominate. They have 3/4 millers and rumor has it we're getting the beastials in a week or so to replace the shufflers.
Yeah the hit to terraforming sucks for them, but it sucks for most of the rogue decks mores.
@@BigPapaGanda Banning Terraforming feels like if they were to ban Selene because it makes Accesscode too easily. It doesn’t really hurt the strategy, but really screws rogue decks.
@@cdv3363 EXACTLY!!! Tear is gonna be just fine as the tier zero deck... it's a shame they don't like banning cards currently in the shop.
Can't wait for the shop to update and I can go back to jank for a month and then have to complain about Kash.
I don't mind anyway since field spell mostly are busted piece of shit thx to spyral resort set the bar too high.
@@BigPapaGanda Considering most Rogue decks don't have their primary field spell limited, I don't think it's as big a hit as you might think. Not saying it's not going to have an effect, but Tear and Floowandereeze already have their field spells limited to 1, so it's a much bigger hit to the top decks in that regard.
And honestly, as a Tear player myself; the Cyberstein hit is *way* more impactful. It prevents access to Rulka and Kaleidoheart through Graveyard hate like Dimension Shifter, and also makes the common endboard of Naturia Exterio _literally_ impossible to access unless Naturia-Tear ends up being a thing. (Which, with 6 slots that just opened up, might be tried(?) but I think more then likely it's going to be a Shaddoll-Tear since Winda isn't that uncommon an inclusion for the mirror match and the archetypes do have synergy.)
the thing with gamma is if you resolve it on your turn it not only negates a hand trap, but then makes baronne through accel stardust
for me the weirdest was that kash wasnt hit harder, like unicorn to 2 is good, but fenrir also shouldve been put to 2, and wraitsoth shouldve also been put to 1 or 2 imo
Agree Kashtira should've been hit harder but Fenrir is a far more splashable monster and Konami does have a tendency to keep splashable stuff around as long as possible.

The weirdest for me has to be Lightning Storm to 2. Also I love that TCG explored the semi-limited banlist; it was so underused I feel like. It's not meant to fully ban the deck, it's there to reduce the consistency of decks
consistency hits are the worst kind of hits tho, it doesn't make the game more fun for the opponent because if they open the semi'd card it's the same as before and if they don't find it they just brick and do nothing
The semi list is the worst. There's a reason there aren't many on the list in tcg
I think the semi list should just be for cards that are best at 2 Mali being a prime example
Lightning Storm/Raigeki to 1….side deck more wisely and with other side deck cards 😂

I actually just crafted PSY-Frame P.U.N.K. in Master Duel and I fell in love with the way it plays. It hurts to see Gamma go to 1, but there are still old cards that can recycle it that the P.U.N.K. field spell can draw into.
I’m bummed about the Purrely hit, since the new support only came out two weeks before the announcement.

So according to some other communities that were labing with Denglong in unlimited formats, the card seems to be fine. Now is there an unknown best combo out there that breaks it? There's a high probability, but it's not Engage.

i feel like the hit to Purrely is a bit unjust... i know the deck is strong but now if you lost to because their draw the one of... or you pick the 1/3 you felt way more upset.
or purrely just gonna run the burial cards that put spell in the grave and it change NEARLY NOTHING. because that spell is at 3(2 in OCG)
so effectively that banned not just make no sense it just lower the deck effectively like 10%... about the set-up is meant nothing just the OTK side is clearly loss 50% of it power to straight up 1 shoot someone. so if the set up their are targeted they are failing... but if power they want to targeted that then they was right.
engage! should be banned if you banned pot of greed because is draw 2 random cards... and upstart goblin because it draw 1 but gave the enemy 1k... what make ya think let a think that trade 1 for 1 search + 1 draw is ok... and is not like the deck can only use that spell only once.
I’m curious to see all the dumb loops with genes ally bird man. It was limited in 2009 and is so stupid how many loops it had. At 3 might be fun to screw around with tbh
I bought Diablosis before Kashtira for like 3€ because I wanted to use it in Toon and it's now 20 cents. Amazing.

Why nobody talks about the most random change: Sacred tree to 1. Like wtf man. Naturia-Runick is not even good in this meta why would you destroy it even more😢
TCG had another Snatch steal/ Fairy tail snow moment with cyber stein, with limiting it then banning it again next format, you'd think they would learn about their mistakes
As someone who has only ever owned 2 copies of Lightning Storm, I am fine with this
I just pulled a 3rd copy from Magnificent Mavens, but I had one in prismatic, so I can run 2 copies at UR to keep my opponent guessing on if I have 1 or 2.
why was gimmickpuppet knightmare untouched cause branded can still summon it to the opponents field to do the lock still
Super less consistent now without expulsion as both Bystials, Called by the Grave, D.D. Crow and Dimension Shifter, all turn off the lock now.
Expulsion was the problem here, Gimmick saw zero play before it came out, but you're right in some ways, as it does limit design space a lot.

I love seeing people react to blaster come off the list going "sweet, redox and tidal can come off too" or "just put all 4 to 3, they won't do anything" like HELL NO

The biggest shocker to me is they already hit Super Heavy Sams and took Purley out back despite being the third best deck of the format.
I hate gamma, so I'm happy is gone. Going second is already ftk Vs some decks relaying on their normal summon or specific spot, the fact that negate and destroy is wack, also not been once, so if you have it you will drop it and your opponent cannot do anything about it. It just having maxx c, do you wish to accept the challenge or you will give up your turn. Dipending on the deck you are playing there are instances where you cannot simply play around it. But going first is even worst thanks to stardust and baronne

My view is that any card Adam likes is probably good to ban. He's got the vibe of that friend who runs the most fucked up cards and tries to convince you it's fair and then when they get banned a few months later pretends nothing happened... we're onto you buddy...

I really don't know why people are so afraid of Denglong. Ok, it gives you herald of arc light and the yangzing trap, but a tthe cost of running a bunch of bricks in your main deck. There's a ton of more viable decks that do better combos with no drawbacks of running 3 bricks. It's also super fragile to handtraps. I'm almost sure denglong will do nothing and at best there will be a couple of sowrdsoul decks topping main events, but I doubt would be something expressive.
It's how I feel about Verte, like I feel the game has evolved beyond running a glorified backup strat that takes up 2 extra deck slots and 3-5 main deck slots for one monster. The most it's likely ever going to do if it was unbanned is just be the backup strat for a lot of rogue decks, like how normal summon Aleister was for a time.
I know why gamma had to die... but I enjoyed punishing people for getting greedy with their hand traps, making accel stardust and then basically winning

The only consistent Fire deck around at the moment is Salamangreat, there isn’t really another one
As a dragon duelist, I'm happy to see blaster. As a realist, blaster is, by far, the worst Dragon Ruler in terms of effect .

As someone who is returning to paper Im so sad about the SHS hit but happy as hell for Diablosis after watching live how Kash stomps.
Also the Master Duel banlist is so "dont worry guys Tear is in check wink wink ;)" I want my Terraforming at one dammit.
I'd love to see Ash and Called By The Grave BANNED and Mystic Mine, Chicken Game and Upstart Goblin at 3.

I just spent 300+ euros to aquire deck(superheavy) i never got to play and never will get to play in any competetive nature.
And this is this first time i splurged and got a actually newly realased tier 1 deck.
So yea im selling all my cards in quitting yugioh.
But hey atleast i ordered off cardmarket!
I feel the same way about purrely spent $400 just to get a deck that wasn't even on the teir list yet. Honestly TCG is so shit compared to OCG. Clearly they don't know what they're doing here and are completely outta touch with its player base.

Kashtira by far the higest win rate. By far the highest play rate. By far the highest conversion. Spright a deck in top tiers for over a year. Kash had 4 months. Tearelement had 6 months.
@@Xspress Also like if they do preemptive hits for purrely a deck which is gettin support next set aswell maybe go with a double semi limit.
And for SHS which they killed and no upcomming support. Just limit soulpiercer lol. But they kill the link and gamma our best going 2nd card by far and only anti droll/shifter play
