Well, in Action Figures, my son has built a 27 member Justice League, with 8 Reserves, and not counting 6 Green Lantern's. And, like me, he doesn't count Cyborg; Cyborg is a Titan! We also don't count any other Titans or Justice Society members! Dick Greyson as Batman is in his Kingdom Come style Earth, working with Terry McInnis, Batman Beyond. If he added Titans, Green Lantern's, and JSA members he'd probably be at about 60. He also has a 74 different Avengers, 56 X-Men divided into 4 Teams, his Green Lantern Corps is 20, Titans 17 members, and Justice Society recently is 31!
Great video, however 2 major omissions. No mention of Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman? and 2nd , No mention of the Black Lightning live action series, part of the Arrowverse.
You didn't mention that Green Arrow was played by Justin Hartley on Smallville before Stephen Amell played him. You didn't mention Lynda Carter as having played Wonder Woman before Gal Gadot. Lobo had his cloning ability retconned a while ago. Need more research on these folks so you are up to date.
They either have actual wings and are aided by the gravity defying Nth metal, or the Nth metal is more powerful and can actually lift them off the ground, and they use a wing like harness to allow them to fly.
From the start, I'm just waiting for the confirmation of the "Wonder Twins" who were part of the original "Justice League/Super Freinds" Saturday Morning Cartoons back in the early 1980s! I hope these two are not made into a Series or Movie, as I always thought they were designated as "IRRELEVANT"...
Barry uses whats now know as the speed force. The Speed Force is a cosmic force based around velocity and movement and one of the Seven Forces of the Universe. It is the representation of reality in motion, being the very cosmic force that pushes space and time forward
Wait, so the live action Lobo gets an actor named, but Constantine does not? Regardless of Keanu, Matt Ryan has been the face and voice of Constantine for a long time. (Also, not mentioning the other three Supermen was kinda iffy...)
In 1956, DC Comics reinvented the Flash character, giving him a new costume, name, and background. This new Flash, named Barry Allen, was completely unrelated to Jay Garrick. In fact, Garrick had never existed, as far as the new books were concerned. Barry Allen's first appearance shows him reading a copy of Flash Comics, lamenting that Garrick was "just a character some writer dreamed up." Readers welcomed the new Flash but still had an interest in the old one. Jay Garrick made a guest appearance in Flash #123. In this issue, Garrick was treated as residing in a parallel universe (Earth-Two), which allowed the character to exist without any continuity conflicts with Barry Allen (who existed on Earth-One), yet allowed him to make guest appearances in Silver Age books
I know it depends on the continuity, but isn't it usually an either/or situation for the Hawks in regards to their flight? The narrator says it's the Nth metal belt that allows Hawkgirl to fly, but then says it's because of her natural wings. Then with Hawkman, the narrator says the wings are also Nth, and therefore 100% artificial. I know it's nitpicking, but it would've been nice to make the distinction that it depends on the continuity on if the wings are organic or not. It might help people not familiar with the characters.
It's a sad shame for the Justice League to go from 75 members at its height in popularity, to only end up with six members by the time of Batman Beyond.
Some missing/corrections: Matt Ryan played Constantine in various projects Forgot to mention that Jay Garrick is a real person in the DCU It’s not JAMIE, it JAIME for Blue Beetle Metamorpo is a founding member of the Outsiders, not the Justice League. Black Lightning had a live action tv show, played by Cress Williams. Hawkgirl also appeared in Legends of Tomorrow played by Ciara Renee. Steel was played by Nick Zano in Legends of Tomorrow
Correction: Zeus is not the god of war: he is the king of the Olympian gods and controls thunder. His son Ares is the god of war (and Athena is the goddess of the strategic aspects of war).
Wonder Woman's origin story (from Golden to Bronze Age) relates that she was sculpted from clay by her mother Queen Hippolyta and was given a life as an Amazon, along with superhuman powers as gifts by the Greek gods. In 2011, DC changed her background with the retcon that she is the biological daughter of Zeus and Hippolyta, jointly raised by her mother and her aunts Antiope and Menalippe

there's a bit if a weird and funny history to hawkman, originally, he was a Thanagarian police officer, but then he came to earth and somewhere along the line he became Egyptian prince named Khufu, and he and Shiera were then killed but they professed their love and vowed to find each other in the next life, it is not really known how or why, but the egyption gods had them reborn as humans, demigods with Thanagarian traits such as the extendable wings strength ect. but through out history everytime they died they would be reborn and find each other again and again and they helped form the justice society then 80 years later they helped form the justice Legue, and a consistent part of hawkman in each lifetime is his desire to bring justice to those who would do unjust deeds with Shiera at his side and she would be at his side when they are reborn next
Out of all the broken laws of physics on this list, the only one that upset me was when The Atom(pre-superpowers) just picks up a piece of a white dwarf star! That would have weighed like 5,000 tons!
They skipped WonderWoman's weakness (which is no longer popular anyway). If she is tied up by a man, she loses her power and strong will, and is compelled to submit.
I love the video. Very informative, but found a couple discrpencies. Yes, i am "that guy." I didn't realize Carmine Infantino was all over DC history. I think I'll do some research on him. Jaime is "Hi-may" not "Jay-mee." Used animation of Plastic man instead of Elongated Man. I don't think Supergirl's clone in JLA was named as Power Girl. Mister Miracle is a New God? I forgot about that. Booster Gold and Blue Beetle were also in Smallville. So was Dr. Fate.
You said that the Flash has super speed thinking and that makes him immune to being controlled by telepathy and telepathic sources. A Question then. Gorilla Grood was able to control the Flash if I'm not mistaken.????
Thanks to you. This can help me. I was always wishing that someone will make this like in the year 2006 to 2008. Now I am in my thirty I hope I can know more DC characters after becoming a marvel fan
You had the Justice Society and the Justice League. The Justice League is made of the world's best heroes operating in their prime. The Justice Society, by contrast, features elder superheroes who take it upon themselves to train younger, lesser-experienced heroes - usually relatives, descendants, or sidekicks working to inherit their mantles - for a long career.
Forgot about Vigilante, Shining Knight, Jonah Hex, Bat Lash, El Diablo, Pow Wow Smith, Question, Long Shadow, Zan, Jayna, Deadman, Cat Women, Swamp Thing, The Super Pets, Wildcat, Dove, Hawk, Stripe, Star-Spangle Kid, Blue Devil, B'Wana Beast, Metron, Mera, Warlord, Crimson Avenger and King Faraday.
At this point every major character at DC or Marvel has been a member of the FF, Avengers, JL or X-Men. 😁
Love this- but is if a requirement in the videos to have weird pronunciations in all your videos 😂
Superman is also vulnerable to magic and a red sun.
Bro legit for real said Lasoo of Truth 💀 no 🧢
They either have actual wings and are aided by the gravity defying Nth metal, or the Nth metal is more powerful and can actually lift them off the ground, and they use a wing like harness to allow them to fly.
I just enjoyed watch this. Thank You for taking the time to make and post. It was fun
The cartoon animation of "Tim Drake" was actually Damien Wayne
From the start, I'm just waiting for the confirmation of the "Wonder Twins" who were part of the original "Justice League/Super Freinds" Saturday Morning Cartoons back in the early 1980s!
I hope these two are not made into a Series or Movie, as I always thought they were designated as "IRRELEVANT"...
Metamorpho was not then or now ever a founding member of the Justice League
He was a founding member of Justice League Europe.
Great Video, TY for putting this together!!! You got my sub!
Wonder twins should have had their own mention instead of tossed in with the monkey
Very strange that he chose the Monkey instead of the Wonder Twins … but then again he didn’t mention Supergirl either instead he mentioned Power Girl
This was amazing like always I love the Justice League they were the first superhero team after all
Don't forget the Justice society of America and Infinity Inc with Power girl
Your videos are always great for gaming. Fantastic voice over work and great content! Thank you
In 1956, DC Comics reinvented the Flash character, giving him a new costume, name, and background.
3:01 which batman movie is this or show or whatever ive never seen this animation before
It's a sad shame for the Justice League to go from 75 members at its height in popularity, to only end up with six members by the time of Batman Beyond.
Wow! Guess I'm going to nerd out this afternoon! Great video! 😊
Some missing/corrections:
Matt Ryan played Constantine in various projects
Forgot to mention that Jay Garrick is a real person in the DCU
It’s not JAMIE, it JAIME for Blue Beetle
Metamorpo is a founding member of the Outsiders, not the Justice League.
“Correction” 🤓

Love the video good job . But you left out 2 of my Favorites Icon and Mr. Terrific 🙃
In some versions it's Hades and not Zeus.
I like the Bronze age beginning
So mine good characters thank you for for your hard work.Much appreciated.
Batman is my favorite from DC, Spider-Man is my favorite from Marvel
Agreed
I am a Martian Manhunter and Hulk kind of guy
Same
@@rancor6858 lol
@@rancor6858I can understand Manhunter he’s SOO UNDERRATED but please help me understand Hulk?
Love this channel but a tag with timeline would be nice. 😊
my goshh!!!!!!!! Awesome work!!!! I think is not Mera in the list! and Oracle , Huntress and the original Black Canary appears first time in Birds of Preys, the WB series in early 2000
The late kevin conroy is my batman always and forever. 🙏🏻
This is an amazing list, you did an amazing job, ys nearly got everyone. You did some JSA members. Not sure if ya did the justice league for a day from weekly 52 (not the new 52). And one complaint ya used the image of the cyborg Superman whenntalking about steel. Cyborg superman was a villaino ust loved what ya did here keep up the amazing work.
What about Static shock, Gear , Deadman, the Specter, WildCat, Apache Chief, Guardain & others
Yeah, weird
Ikr I was hype to see the video then I noticed some of these guys missing smh
Damn your spoiled. Enjoy what we got, you never if they will also do a part 2. Or just make your own video.
@@jessb5657 I don't think it's a matter of being spoiled the title was misleading seeing as how he didn't have EVERY JL member/associate like it stated. Now if it was prefaced as a part 1 of so many I would understand your comment but tht's not wht the title stated or implied. I think tht's why he made his comment the way he did and I agree as well it should have had EVERY ONE OR. Part 1 in the title as to not be misleading to viewers

Thank you for this amazing video.
Outstanding work. Thank you! It isn't easy to put together vids and it shows a great deal of appreciation for DC and its heroes.
OP, Apathy does not mean what you seem to think it means. You may want to look it up.
Why didn't you include Wildcat? He was in Justice League Unlimited and said to be the mentor figure of Black Canary/Dianah Lance.
R.I.P R Lee Ermey
Also the question, hawk and dove, vigilante amongst others
@@matthicks7408 like who exactly?
@@damianprock1650 did you watch JLU.
@@matthicks7408 yes I did, even saw some episodes with my father, he's most likely the best comic book collector you'd ever meet
The JLA of my youth was the following: Superman, Batman, The Flash, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Black Canary, Red Tornado, Zatanna, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Firestorm, Elongated Man and Atom.
Kirk Allyn is the 1st actor to play Superman
Hey there my brother from Romania it’s your bro Steve from Scotland here. First off wanted to say congrats on the 20k subscribers you do genuinely help people my dude. Check out the DC Marvel Multiverse Project videos wherein DC and Marvel are combined with other pop culture.
@@DCMarvelMultiverse That sounds like the Wold Newton universe for superheroes.
@@ajclements4627 Wolf Newton is in part two of the series as Earth 42.
@@DCMarvelMultiverse I’ll have to check them out then, thx!
there's a bit if a weird and funny history to hawkman, originally, he was a Thanagarian police officer, but then he came to earth and somewhere along the line he became Egyptian prince named Khufu, and he and Shiera were then killed but they professed their love and vowed to find each other in the next life, it is not really known how or why, but the egyption gods had them reborn as humans, demigods with Thanagarian traits such as the extendable wings strength ect. but through out history everytime they died they would be reborn and find each other again and again and they helped form the justice society then 80 years later they helped form the justice Legue, and a consistent part of hawkman in each lifetime is his desire to bring justice to those who would do unjust deeds with Shiera at his side and she would be at his side when they are reborn next
When did The Question join the Justice League? I loved him in the animated series
Out of all the broken laws of physics on this list, the only one that upset me was when The Atom(pre-superpowers) just picks up a piece of a white dwarf star! That would have weighed like 5,000 tons!
I liked Martian Man Hunter, Booster Gold, and Red Tornado, DC has some characters that they could focus on other than they same old core of heroes...
Zeus isn’t the God of War, that’s Aries (unless the comics have switched that up)
Yeah, weird
I wish we got a movie with Christopher Reeve's Superman, Michael Keaton's Batman and Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman.
Martian Manhunter is still my favorite dc hero.
If I am not mistaken and being a comic reader since the early 80s I believe it was Hawkman who was a JLA member first ....before Hawkgirl.
The guy doing the commentery needs his own channell ,Great Voice for Documentries,Creepy stories , Top Tens,
& Mysteries that hes personally into 👍
Superman fights for truth, justice in the American way!!!!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
YEAH!!!!!!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
They skipped WonderWoman's weakness (which is no longer popular anyway). If she is tied up by a man, she loses her power and strong will, and is compelled to submit.
Correction: Zeus is NOT he God of War, that is Ares,...Zeus is the Gods, and is the Lord of the Heavens, as well as law, order, and justice
Are you sure Superman debuted in Action #21, and not Action #1?
I love the video. Very informative, but found a couple discrpencies. Yes, i am "that guy." I didn't realize Carmine Infantino was all over DC history. I think I'll do some research on him. Jaime is "Hi-may" not "Jay-mee." Used animation of Plastic man instead of Elongated Man. I don't think Supergirl's clone in JLA was named as Power Girl. Mister Miracle is a New God? I forgot about that. Booster Gold and Blue Beetle were also in Smallville. So was Dr. Fate.
We need a every foes of Spider-Man video identical to this one please Mr marvelous
He did a few on spiderman foes not too long ago, it might have been last weekend
Spider-Man fought over 200 villains since the year 1969 one of them was called the wall another the rocket racer
Then we need one that is complete, because they REALLY stretched when they said every member of the league......
You said that the Flash has super speed thinking and that makes him immune to being controlled by telepathy and telepathic sources. A Question then. Gorilla Grood was able to control the Flash if I'm not mistaken.????
Superman is also susceptible to magic
Thanks to you. This can help me. I was always wishing that someone will make this like in the year 2006 to 2008. Now I am in my thirty I hope I can know more DC characters after becoming a marvel fan
Virgil Hawkins joined the JL during the battle with Chronos.
The Atom's sworn enemy?
You didnt really explain any of their positions within the league.. which was the one thing I was most interested in from the title 😔
There are others, but those are the ones I can think of.
Superman stands for " Truth, Justice ,and the American Way ", you can't rewrite history !!!
Will there be a part 2 because you forgot my dude the question and hawk an dove an deadman?
