I'm a Trinitian in year 9 (grade 9), and i have to say! You're school's beauty is memorizing! And a beautiful history to go with the architecture of this institution of education! Have a good future Royal college. From A:Trinity college's year 9 student.
Fascinating history. The time I spent in this august institution 1961-1965, and the special bonds of friendship I forged with many that continue even today, were some of the best in my life and helped to make me what I am today. And for that I’m eternally grateful. God bless this great institution. Dr M. S Jawahar, Chennai, India
Memories of College will always linger in our minds since we joined in 1959 and enjoyed the best years of our life under some of the great mentors of that era.
I recall when Mr EC Gunasekara was sectional head in the upper school, he urged me to re-draw the College Crest with the legend 1835 to replace the knotted ribbon below the elephant, which task I accomplished and submitted. However, I found the project did not get underway. I wish this suitable amendment is addressed and implemented to establish the origins of the College. - Firoze Sameer, Royal College English Medium 1961-Group
I am an old Royalist, an Anglo-Moor, spoke English with an Aristocratic English Accent always. The last person to speak in such exuberance was my HM, who deservedly had The Royal College Principal's Chair, Late Hon. Viji Weerasinghe. To master any language, begin to think in that language. Please speak English properly. Thank you. Thank you.
