It's just the oversized Ram Air Intake, no blow off valve.

Did you do any softwares for the Intake? Cuz i have heard that sometimes the engine Check light goes on.
As far as I know if the Intake (like in my case) comes with a MAF sensor port then you should be fine. If you try to get a custom one, most probably you won’t have where to plug in your sensor so you might need to write a new software to delete it.

Im about to buy a golf 5 gti 2009 model with 162000km on the clock dsg box. Lots of peeps are warning me about the box but i love dsg. What have you done in terms of safe guarding yourself with the DSG box problems if youve had any
I think you just get it bro I currently own a 2008 golf 5 gti with dsg and 155000 on the clock and everything works like It's still brand new
Mk5 gti dsg owner here my car has about 75,000kms on the clock. I know you wrote this 5 months ago but if you did end buying it it’s probably a good idea to get a dsg gearbox service 100% I do mine every year and it runs perfectly ok. you should be good if you keep up with servicing especially with one that has higher kms.

What mods?
Exhaust, air intake, wheels, coilovers, and some body kit parts. That’s all. Looking for intercooler and hpfp so I can hit stage 2.
