How about fuel consumption? There was never a problem with carbon deposits or oil intake?
Really depends on how you drive the car. I’ve managed to get a 6L/km consumption on an empty road. And about the carbon deposits, well, I haven’t got any issues with it, oil consumption on the other hand it’s kinda a big thing for the tfsi’s. 1L/1 or 2-3k km (depends on how you drive it).

What did you do to your exhaust for it to have loud farts?
So basically in this video, I run a 3” system with a Catless diwnpipe and a resonator delete. It’s 3” going straight to the oem muffler.

Salut! Am observat ca evacuarea suna prelungit(dsg fart)! La fostul GTI cand facea asa, masina nu tragea cum trebuie! Dupa ce resetam ECU, schimba mult mai repede si tragea mai bine! Verifica sa nu ai vreo eroare cand face asa!
BADASS CARS nu are erori, chiar daca e prelungit, trage la fel de slab :))) e stock (ecu). Urmeaza stage 2, si un ceas de boost, sa speram ca nu pierde boost, dar masina se comporta la fel mereu, chiar pare ca trage mai bn cu evacuarea asta custom. Multumesc frumos, o sa fiu atent la ce mi ai spus dupa soft, daca nu gresesc tu aveai stage la ea. Nu?

Alex Cătălin salut! Multumesc pt comentariu. Evacuarea de pe masina este de inox 76mm am downpipe, deci nu am catalizator!

Mr Edris te intrebam de catalizator pentru ca la mine din cauza softului de pops & bangs,mi l a omor si a trebuit sa fac downpipe. Si mi s a parut ca la tine bubuie cam infundat,d asta intrebam ca asa facea la mine pana sa i fac downpipe.
Alex Cătălin Multumesc frumos pentru grija ❤️ nu am soft nici pt putere Nici pentru pops and bangs si da am downpipe fara catalizator. Probabil ca se aude asa din cauza camerei de filmat. De afara e mult mai clar sunetul. O sa pun candva un videoclip de afara!
Alex Cătălin mi se pare ciudat ca cei ce ti au facut softul de p&b nu ti au zis despre efectele adverse ( supraincalzirea/distrugerea catalizatorului)

Maybe try to make a crackle tune? I will do one soon. No point in straight piping the car unless you like the sound of it.

@@MrXdris Yeah I have a catless downpipe + secondary cat delete + resonator delete. Its loud but the DSG farts are kinda meh...
@@carcrazyguysa4059 Oh I see. Well mine is on 3" from turbo all the way to the back. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the exhaust at all, maybe that's the way VW done the ecu software for your type of car.
Is this pop and bang activated by software modification?
Because my friend has made a staight pipe on the mk5 gti and it does pop and bang :(
