This is Dawn all over again for Bob, only this is perhaps worse not just because Heath was much younger - but the fact that it was his own twin Cathy who is the reason behind his death. And unlike the way how Dawn's death was covered-up by the culprits themselves, Cathy has little to no chance in eluding her fault for Heath's death. Plus the worst part, if not one of the worst parts about this, is that Bob will blame Cathy for the death of Heath just as much as he resented the Kings for the death of Dawn in the end.
Plus check the seat, Angel is shorter than Cathy so would of had the seat further forward than Cathy would.... Plus the cuts and marks on their heads would match up with what side they were sitting on....
Not only is Bob blaming Cathy, he's blaming himself too. At least Cathy has Brenda to support it, she needs it. She has to live the rest of her life knowing that she's the part of the reason why her twin is dead, she wanted to steal Wendy's car. I knew April was gonna blame herself. All the teens are doing great job, especially Amelia (April) but she has always been great actor.
I’ve got to say, I do think that Angel was the one driving when they crashed. She looked really guilty when she came down and thought they were going to see Bob at the hospital, BUT whether she took over or not doesn’t change the fact that Cathy stole Wendy’s car, and drove without a license! The only sensible one was April! Her blaming herself makes me so sad. She’s a kid who was not responsible for her friends choices. She walked away and that’s all’s he could do! She also told Bob when she ran into him. What else was she supposed to do throw herself down in front of the car to stop them from driving off? 🤷♀️
They're all responsible besides April, Cathy and Heath were the "ringleaders" with Cathy who had the idea of stealing the car was driving it initially so even if Angel was driving when it crashed Cathy (& Heath himself) are just as much to blame.

Also I think that MacKenzie and Aaron are in some ways responsible, and I don't think MacKenzie is the father of Baby Ruben, it is either Nate or Paddy.
People jumping to conclusions should take it easy, we don't even know who really drove yet. Also locking anyone up, isn't going magically bring Heath back to life, and either in prison, just means Bob or Nicola/Jimmy get more grief...
