Students Allowed To Nap At School With Sleep Pods | NBC Nightly News
it takes way more than 20 to fall asleep
- Static it's a nap
- Static ikr it takes me like an hour
Jonathan : : :You obviously _don't_ sleep.
An hour for me
I wouldn't even be able to just get comfortable in 20 miniutes let alone fall sleep.
It's meant for if you are truly tired (can't keep you eyes open)
“Students should have 9-10 hours of sleep every night”
Education system: How about no
Isn’t it more 7-8?
@@alfieh3477 Children and Teenagers(up to 21) are still growing. They need more sleep than adults because their body is still growing. Especially the younger kids and children entering puberty.
It’s so hard to fall asleep in one of those in a public space... you can still hear everything going on around you, the design is so dumb. LoL
I know my sleepy self I would sleep in one of those all afternoon than go to class
Where my nAP PODS ATT??!
I wonder how people that went to school in the 80-90s feel watching this lol I would be jealous Asf I know they wish they had this growing up
0:24 that school looks like an airport
I was going to say space station because that's what it looks like to me.
My school has a thing called a tab (take a break) chair in each class. You can go there and sit for 5 minutes max.
Kenny We have some, they’re called recovery chairs
Ha! In my day you got great sleep when you drooled on your desk or when it was time to watch the TV on wheels.
Girl at least give me 40 mins
If the A+ kid gets 4 hours of sleep, 9 hours could mean the end of the world as we know it...
0:40-1:55
I wish they had this when i was in school 🏫‼️💯
Impossible
My school has these. Still haven't tried it yet.
welicatiga --- _Don't_ waste your time, simply stay home if you feel you _need_ more shut-eye.
"20 minutes arent enough for me to fall asleep" dude its a NAP not a SLEEPING TIME
right. lol
LUKE CECERE DIDNT DO HIS SCHOOL WORK @IRVINGTON SCHOOLS
What legends
China be like- *I'm 10 years ahead of ya*
Get high and take a nap 🎖
20 minutes won't do anything
Take it or leave it
And to think my school started drug testing people for falling asleep in class...
Man oh man I wish I had these napping pods at school but that's a waste of time
America is getting so soft in school it's sad.thats why other countries are way ahead of us.to much slack I really hope it doesn't hurt our kids.i myself I'm going to encourage my kids not to do it.i don't believe kids need more sleep they need more discipline.
Freaking Millenials....seriously.
So are we going to ignore the objectively correct fact that school now is more stressful than it has ever been in American history?
Even tho the current generation of students in high school now are gen z and not millennials 💪
Kevin Zhu yeah but they’re the scapegoats for dumbasses who can’t articulate there reasons for disagreeing with a decision.
Naps are effective for all age groups. I'm not that stressed by high school, but I would easily make the school day 40 mins longer if it meant I could go home, take a nap, then come back.
