Unfortunately I can’t take finasteride anymore, was fine for 3+ years then bam complete loss of libido and ED. Can you reccomend any good natural DHT blockers? I bought your book but wanna know your opinion on the best one to get. Currently just started using minoxidl from minoxidl max. Has azelaic acid in it as well along with a few other ingredients. Hopefully I can have a good enough stack, with natural DHT suppression with the minoxidl to maintain or get some regrowth. Even tried the topical fin, still gave me issues. Just so strange because I basically was immune to it prior. Have no idea what happened, guessing I had a gradual buildup of something and it all came crashing down. Super unfortunate and unfair.
Hey @thorlorgen, sorry to read that! Did it happen suddenly? Yes, possible alternatives to consider would be spironolactone in a topical solution. Internally for example saw palmetto with nettles could also help and would likley have an effect if you are not to sensitive to DHT.
I suggest 0.005% topical finastride or dutastride it's equal to 0.01 mg per 2 ml per day, study shows that it gives same result and far less side effects, u can dilute yr topical finastride in a solvent(u can buy it in MinoxidilMax)
I used to have a lot of dandruff. How can I know if I have inflammation on my scalp? One doctor said I have a red scalp, while another doctor said I have nothing. The first doctor wants to give me corticosteroids to apply to my scalp, but now I'm scared because lots of people says that this doctor have bad reputation (the first doctor)
Dandruff can mean that there is dermatitis. It can also cause redness. Corticosteroids may help to calm it down but you would need to figure out what is causing the problem otherwise corticosteroids may only give short term relief
@SomebodyAlex Hi, sir! I've been experiencing bumps or acne on my scalp lately because it hurts when I touch it. I think the possible cause here is due to using of bandana during work to hide my baldness. Just want your opinion, sir, on what should I do to this. 22M. Thankssss
There can be multiple reasons for this. If it's a fungal or bacterial problem then antifungal shampoo can help. Headware needs to be washed regularly if you are using it for work and fabric should be gentle to the skin for example silk
Alex your hairline is looking amazing even better than before! By the way i have RR workbook, i was wondering for dry scalp with dandruff which hair mask would be best? Also the skin behind my ears and also forhead is flaky and dry please give some guidelines on what to do?
Yes, I have been following the steps in the workbook myself and it has had a great impact on my hairline. Regarding your question about a dry scalp with dandruff, externally follow step 7 to select the correct shampoo for your scalp, and keep it moisturized. Likley in your case good options would be aloe, honey, and if you also need hydration then rose water follow instructions in workbook
@@SomebodyAlex thanks for the reply and advice Alex, I'm still in early stage removing trigger foods, I even added a few days of water fast and dry fast to help detox liver, anyway I will embrace your advice thank you again

Hi, wee question friend, can scalp inflammation be invisible? If so is this micro inflammation? Finally would clobetasol be able to treat this alongside healthy diet? Thanks in advance, you really are a star with what you do for people
Hey @blahblahblah, yes inflammation can also be invisible or just around follicles or just in some spots. Clobetasol is more effective for visible inflammation (redness, pinkness, etc). Yes, having healthy diet (and fasting) will reduce inflammation over time
@@SomebodyAlex thank you for your reply. My dermatologist prescribed clobetasol for slight inflammation, it is completely invisible and doesn't cause me any pain, I'm going to use it to see if it helps stop my hair loss
Bro thnxx for the video I want to ask that does white rice with pulses causes inflammation if you have scalp inflammation and if there is a small bumps on the head and on scalp this is a sign of scalp inflammation ??
Depends rice is high in GI, follow your internal and external markers. When it comes to bumps it depends on type of them. If it's more a external cause then for example, in the RRF workbook I suggest zinc or turmeric cream if the bumps are deep
You're wrong. I am in Alex's program and have seen incredible results in getting rid of my inflammation, itchiness, dandruff and immensely lowering the shed. I'm only 21 and started to lose my hair at 20. I was in a super dark place and would lose multiple hair when I just lightly brushed my hands through my scalp. My shower drain was full of hair after one shower when it was at it's worst. For a year I had massive shedding and was afraid I'd go bald. Now I'm 7 months into Alex's program and I am so thankful to God for the results. There may be a lot of snake oil salesmen out there, but Alex is the real deal.

Is brown rice good, or does it cause inflammation, the same as the white rice
Depends on your underlying conditions and sensetivity
What something we can replace rice with
@@hazozo4168 depends on the problem but in some cases rice porridge can be okay and same goes for rice noodle
Alex did you dermaroller everyday ?
And after using dermaroller, do you apply minox too ?
I did dermarolling 3-6times a week back in 2013 -2015 now 2-3 times a week

Hi Alex what is your opinion on finastiride 1mg 3 times a week?
Effectivess of approch would depend on your DHT sensetivity. I personally have best effect taking it daily by microdosing

Hey Alex combing wet hair is good or bad
obviously wet hair is fragile so must be taken care of and handled carefully....nothing good or bad
Upto What age , you can maintain these hairs ??
I don't see a reason why I wouldn't be able to maintaince them into my 40s and 50s as long as I stay away from triggers and adress DHT sensetivity
