No, actually the haircut Nomad had in Wildlands was called "Squared away". As the haircut isn't available in Breakpoint anymore, I think Pompadour makes a good alternative. I couldn't find anything official showing how Nomad looks without his cap in Breakpoint... so making him look completely bald is an option too.

In wildlands his eyes are light brown, & in Breakpoint they are dark brown.

Actually not. Even if it might looks more reddish than "Light Brown" sometimes. His official hair color is definitely Light Brown.
