It’s almost exactly what I do (including Savoie’s dressing mix, creole mix from HEB but after getting too much blowback for how strong I make it, I leave the Slap Ya Mama’s or Tony’s for individuals to flavor to taste). But you’ve added some twists that I bet will enhance what I do. Thanks much for sharing!

This is how my mom makes hers. SOmetimes she add a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup to make it creamier
