Learning to embrace the sanctity of each individual develops the sanctity of the whole. It would be great if a process could be developed to help the folks who are toxic can find healing from their wounds that cause it. Is there a process to embrace these folks before the come to your tribe?
We had a hard time following the interviewer's comments and questions. She seems to be struggling for words, and is using elaborate hand gestures instead. She starts out with complimenting them, and then trails off, and goes in different directions. At about 12:50, she's commenting about everyone washing each other's hands at a workshop, and says "everyone does it differently. It's like........." but then she changes the subject. We wanted to be inspired by this, but just arent.
I really enjoyed this. I wish i could find a "tribe" like this one.

Why do you think that, Cody?
if it's not being done for the most high god it's never going to work
