Sir, I got an idea of something you could make. It's a Christmas chocolate mousse. It's just a regular chocolate mousse with whipped cream on top and instead of cocoa powder as a topping, are crushed up candy canes.
These look amazing! I can't wait to try these... I haven't seen chips like the ones you use here in the States, can I use regular white chocolate chips or baking bars? If so, how much of each? And what size baking pan should I use? Thank you :)
