Sales people have one of the hardest jobs in the world to do,they deal with rejection on a daily basis. Making a sale comes down to powering through call call email after email and no after no. is there anyone who disagrees with this?
Sure the greatest sales people, thinkers, and leaders have also dealt with rejection ,fear, and hard times. They stepped out of their comfort zones and took a chance of succeeding in the face of failure.
One key truth which I learned from online sales expert scott spencerr, which has helped grow my dying online business to a 5 figure business in 8 months is that every customer should be approached with the idea of helping him or her solve a problem or achieve a goal, not directly selling a product or service..

Love this. Sometimes it's easy to get so caught up in a call script that you lose touch with the human aspect of communication.
YES! The script is there just for guiadance and a reference you can use, people refer to get that personal touch in communication
Nah that’s dead ass wrong. If the script isn’t human enough then the script is trash. Rewrite the script and then have different variations of it for different buyers. You should have the scripts memorized and know exactly what you’re going to say before your call a customer. Period
@@KevinSamuelsKid it’s about coming off conversationally and not like you’re reading a script. It should sound like you are speaking naturally not reciting a memorized speech, people see right through that.
The Script is the answer - but first u must memorize then internalize and only then can u personalize - people always jump to personalize and never memorize or internalize therefore miss the essence and effectiveness of a script - it took me 11 thousand cold phone calls before I could personalize - and I worked for Grant Cardone - but thats the biggest mistake people make
@@edgarojeda9288 Thanks for that insight. I agree. It's also very easy to get off script and into 'no man's land' if you personalize too early before you have memorized and internalized the most effective script for whichever product or service you are sending.

Not hating at all I’m pointing out observations through the years. He didn’t even answer the first guy’s question. He just a safe response sound like common sense! Business wise he’s smart because of only ONE reason…. This reason alone is how you can make real money, make a living, make comfortable money. “No” is the start of the negotiation, not the end of it. It seldom means, “I have considered all the facts and made a rational choice.”
People need to feel in control. When you preserve a person’s autonomy by clearly giving them permission to say “No” to your ideas, the emotions calm, the effectiveness of the decisions go up, and the other party can really look at your proposal.

Gold! If the a person says they are not interested or they say no to you today that doesnt mean that they will have the same answer to you on the next day or the days moving forward. You also have to dig deep and fact find and know what the person really needs before offering them something. You just have to take control and handle the situation 💯🙌

The NO is the first part of the sales process! If you fully qualify and get a quantifiable need and set an up front control you should never hear a NO
No's will come regardless of how it was setup...its the overcoming objections and finding out why the no is there in the first place that is the crucial part
