Hurricaine season started over a month ago, it's no surprise a hurricaine has made it's way to the Gulf. No idea why they are surprised or even evacuating when it's not even a Cat 3

Residents aren’t concerned bc TX Lt Gov Dan Patrick and TX EDM told Texans that the hurricane would only impact South Texas as a tropical storm. 🤷🏻‍♂️
