- Ever seen a tree so big it looks fake? That's what happened to me on this crazy road trip! I spotted this HUGE tree from miles away, but when I got closer, things took an unexpected turn... (Spoiler alert: it wasn't as gigantic as I thought!)
But wait, there's more! My journey didn't end there. While exploring the area, I stumbled upon a secluded area with so many opportunities I never knew existed!

Looks like there is also a wild Tripod growing @ 1:41 as well in the scene mate 🤣- Great video and images, hope the back is recovering well 👍👍
Lol if only, it would save me a fortune Cheers mate, all good now for a month or two 😣
H Keith, video was fine mate, the tree between the 2 rocks was fine as well....well done....Colin
Cheers mate, much appreciated
Great share Keith, hope the back is treating you well already. Iphone did a good job on this actually, since you had some flat light, it’s not pushing the dynamic range to its limits I guess 😁 fine missing the b-roll this time! Enjoyed the shots.
Hi Keith, Yeah it was a good substitute, although the DJI isnt much better with dynamic range to be honest. Flat light and Clear blue skies seem to follow me around, I went out today and all I got was clear blue skies lol
Hi Keith hope you're well. What a fantastic location, with some great views. It looked a bit wild out there and a tad chilly but defo worth venturing out.
Great set of images my favourite is final image, looking at it i can imagine what if felt like being there. For me the missing B-roll wasn't a problem.
Best wishes stay safe Jon & Karen
Hi Jon, hope you are both well, thanks for your thoughts, I am just glad I came away with an image to be honest, I thought the Moor was going to beat me with the climbing up and down and my back only just recovered lol
Nice one Keith. Funny how some things are not what they are imagined when you get up close, but you still got some nice images mate.👌👍
thanks Mark,
I thought it was…we tree size from the road lol at least the trip wasn’t a waste
Great job 👏 braving the elements up Dartmoor
Cheers mate, if you are on Dartmoor you are always braving the elements lol
@@keithguppy tell me about it. I was running for my life yesterday watching the rain roll in
Tell me about it, It changes in a heartbeat up there mate
Well, hello Dolly, It's so nice to have you back where you belong (who doesn’t like Louis Armstrong). Really nice images Keith, and by the way, I don’t need B-roll. Be well.
Thanks Enrique, Did you know, every time I mention the focal length, I am specifically thinking about you, sometimes I forget be I try and remember :-) Who is Louis Armstrong? Glad you liked the images, I did see trees a green
@@keithguppy Ah yes, but Engelbert Humperdinck was a much better heavy metal singer than Louis Armstrong. OK I'll get my coat now.
At last
