WRONG WRONG WRONG: That is absolutely the wrong way to cook Onions should NOT look like that at all, you have completely damaged the cooking from the start. No 1. Oil must be HOT medium x 3 cooking spoons amount No 2. Garlic x 6 cloves Ginger x 2 full thumb size finely chopped and stir No 3. Chilli x 3 finely chopped and stir No 4. Cardamom x 6, bay leaf x 4 and cinnamon sticks x 2 then stir in No 5. Then 2 x large onions chopped and stir in quickly No 6. Then 2 heaps tea spoons of salt and stir in Note: If you have mutton then put the meat in with these ingredients and stir well and lid on low simmer checking every 5 minutes and add boiling hot water half cup at a time ONLY to ensure dish stays moist and not dry up or burn underneath Always replace lid for continuous moisture After 1 hour or 1 hour 20 minutes or more mutton should be softer so check with folk If meat is soft then add 2 x table spoon of Raja mix curry powder NOT Madras One tea spoon coriander normal One tea spoon haldi powder normal One tea spoon cumin Heap level Then stir and lid on for 2 minutes Then add half tin of chopped tomatoes and stir and lid on for 2 minutes Try for taste of salt Then add 2 x large pealed potatoes and stir if you prefer Then put lid on and check potatoes with folk for slight softness with slight hardness to potatoes getting MUSHY. Then put in a small bunch of chopped coriander Note, important:- If you are cooking lamb or chicken. They go in pot after the powders followed by half a tin of tomato can then continue as you would in order of the tomato steps above. Curry should be ready

Hi what if you had to add potatoes, is it possible to get the potatoes soft with no water?
This is bhuna .. you can add water vegetables you please if you want potatoes with water you can butternut squash, the green squash (lau) some ppl like it slightly dry with little gravy
I've just realized why my curry is so flavorless 😂 I don't own half of those spices!!!
Too much of oil
Would be tempted once lamb browned off to put in slow cooker
Looks all veey good but you definately don't wanna use Ghee.
Looks good but damn all those fucking seasonings
Too much oil lead to cholesterol
Too oily for me
You should have written "With Water Without Water"
You guys are insane ...
Lol she said “without water “ 😅🤦🏼♀️
