Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - A Pinch
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 1/4 tsp

I usually don't post comments, but this made me come back and comment here. I know that cooking mutton would be difficult. A lot, most, if not almost everyone messes up mutton on their first attempt. Hi Chef, Nalini fr Malaysia, tried this recipe today and it turned out awesome. Followed step by step. First timer n beginner in kitchen - glad I referred ur recipe. It’s my fav meal whenever I eat in a restaurant. I used pressure cooker n waited for abt 10 wisel for the mutton to soften instead of boiling. Duration was more or less the same. Tq again.

Thanks for sharing this recipe, it looks amazing. However, as much as I understand this recipe is aimed at Tamils who already know how to cook Tamil food, since an English translation is provided, it would be nice if the list of ingredients matched the actual ingredients used in the recipe and some things were not taken for granted (e.g. different amounts between the description and the video recipe, also split between two steps; whole masalas nowhere to be found in the list (having some experience cooking Indian food I can make out tej patta, green cardamom, cloves and cassia are used the first time, then tej patta, cardamom, cassia and some other unknown stick the second time; etc..). Hopefully it will still turn out alright..
