Lol I just had to do the math myself, and indeed it's at least 240, maybe more depending on how many verbal warnings it takes before Dwight starts handing out written warnings. Pretty lenient indeed!
Dwight's hierarchy of discipline: 3 demerits = 1 citation (which is serious) 5 citations (15 demerits) = 1 violation 4 violations (60 demerits) = a verbal warning "keep it up" (? number of verbal warnings) = a written warning 2 written warnings = a world of hurt (a disciplinary review written up by Dwight to be placed on the desk of his superior). Jim's hierarchy of discipline: Do what he says immediately or get a full Disadulation (you don't even want to know what that is). Who would have thought Jim was the hardass of the two? Even if it only takes 2 verbal warnings to get a written warning, you can still be late 240 times before Dwight writes up that disciplinary review to put on Jim's desk.
I really love how Dwight is so adamant about giving Jim a demerit for tardiness even though it would literally take 120 demerits for him to just Write an essay on why jim sucks and is mean and ugly and a bad employee or whatever since a performance review written by him would mean literally nothing, especially since if Jim had been late 120 times there likely wouldve been something a bit more substantial than dwight to set him straight
No if anything Dwight stole Jim’s commission in one of the early episodes Jim says he makes one call a year and it’s half his commission and by the end of the episode Dwight steals his sale taking half his commission and a small bottle of champagne that Jim saved for that sale each year it’s never mentioned again so I think Dwight stole the account completely
It's amazing how one desk managed to be featured in so many hilarious scenes
Yes, that desk is extremely talented.
Well, technically, two desks
Welll it is called the office😂😂😂
Pam: "Dwight?? I am confused..." lmao
"oh thank you. I've been working out."
I love their character dynamic so much they were so god together
i fucking love this show
Liturlyyyy
Actually...
Bro watch your mouth
@@jessefromokbro calm down, what are you, 7?
@@jessefromok 😂😂
The whole pyradesk and tunnel desk conversation being removed is upsetting but i think it was in the Superfan episodes makes that scene so much better
So basically, its 120 demerits to land Jim in "A world of hurt" 😂😂😂
Wow, no Asian Jim scene???
IKRRRRR
If my math is correct a total of 240 demerits warrants a disciplinary review. Pretty lenient 😄

Jim would have sold the family to afford a prank against Dwight 😅
Megadesk is the future.
"Quad desk. Or Quadesk." xD
crazy how quaddesk magically had a mini chair spawn as soon as dwight went down to check @ 5:08
I love it when Dwight so dimwitted it’s so cute even when Jim makes it happens
I feel that Dwight's patience to Jim's pranks is underrated. Any other person would not be on talking terms with Jim
I absolutely cannot fathom working on this set, I’d be laughing at literally everything 😭
"That's not megadesk!" 😂😂
“It’s a quaddesk” 🤷
Dwight trying to drink hot coffee with his feet was the funniest thing I had ever seen
I scroll thru UA-cam
I see dwight shrute
I click
In other words Jim pranking Dwight
1 word 2 syllables: demarcation...False. 1 word 4 syllables.
if I sat at these desks I'd want to work at a paper company
I wonder what happened to those desks
They belong in the Smithsonian!!

ahh daily dose
Super Duper mega extreme desk.
The real star of the show: the desk
Classic meatballs from IKEA is the best on the world.
Just a friendly reminder that Ryan started the fire
If you get 60 demerits before the verbal, nobody would ever get fired lol
this is just a reminder that Ryan started the fire
They really got their money’s worth for that desk huh
Dwight as president
Michael.....
Lol 😂❤
Unpopular Opinion : Jim&Dwight >>>> Jim&Pam
or any other couple in general :)
😂😂😂😂
I would so be laughing if Jim poking Dwight on the head repeatedly or Dwight doing that
Who else has watched this show at least 10 times in a row 😂
Oh buddy. Back when it was on Netflix, it was on _constantly_ in my house 😄
@ haha yes true for me too
10? Those are rookie numbers.
So wait, Jim _was_ stealing Dwight's sales and commission money, right?
They made a fake salesman when Sabre put in the commission cap
@thatontariofarmer true, but they weren't stealing commission _from_ anyone on that one, just defrauding the company
I’ve never been this early before lol
🤣♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
😅😅😅😅😅😅
Why did Dwight not just get up from his desk to take Jim’s ear piece from him?!?
In the Superfan episodes he does but Jim turns his head and Dwight can’t reach
@@ZchTempleyes, but he gives up after only one try.
Awesome show! One of my favorites! I think this might be the first comment!
If u had to live with Dwight or Jim for 24hrs who you picking ?
Dwight. I’d probably learn a whole lot. Plus Jim has shown he’s a slob when living with Darell.
@@lizbethmiranda6926I gotta Jim he’s just too funny Dwight is more serious
90% of the time, Jim is in the wrong.
What is the video game Dwight's playing?
Second Life
E
am i the only one who found jim really unlikeable?
Once you meet his brothers, it makes so much more sense 😄
