Question I've read that the ground Flaxseed loses its nutritional value fast, to use Whole seeds and grind them yourself, kinda makes since but how true is that? I am no expert on it, but I have heard the same thing. That said, I grind my own and keep them in the fridge. Something is better than nothing snd convenience means you’re more likely to use it.

Artichoke hearts work great too - and they're already almost the same texture as crab meat.

Absolutely can do that. The only air fryer we have is part of our instant pot, so... it's not the most efficient method for us!

I know, right? Most crabcakes are more cake than crab... I grew up in New England so... yeah, crabcakes are kind of important!

Yes! I tried to keep them a bit more healthy in this recipe but pan fried is absolutely delicious!
