    Thank you very much for writing the rhythm 1 2 3+4+, Lauren. I appreciate this very much since I had problems with the rhythm in the intros of „ the Joker“ and „Mr. Tambourine man“.I completed it myself, but had some difficulties.

    Lauren-love these finger dexterity exercises where we play intros to songs -are these covered in the beginner’s course or intermediate?

    • @LaurenBateman
      @LaurenBateman  2 роки тому

      Finger dexterity is more concentrated in the beginner course.

    • @SJ-ev6by
      @SJ-ev6by 2 роки тому

      I’m trying to decide if the beginner course is right for me. I’ve taken lessons for 2 years but cannot do these finger dexterity exercises, arpeggios, or some of the strumming patterns I’ve seen in your videos. I know a lot of chords but my music sounds blah. Would the beginner course be too easy for me or just what I need?

    Hey Lauren! It's Jamie...
    I'd write you on private PM...if I could figure out where? 🤣 But I know you check all your responses...
    Anyway, I'm EXCITED to tell you!!! 😆 DOING GENEALOGY currently. We might be cousins. Seriously. My 3rd Gr. Grandfather, John Bromell 1813-1883 married Harriet Elizabeth Bateman 1809-1892 in Ohio...moved to Wisconsin...then on to Kansas...
    Hiya Cuz!! 🤣🤣

      @@LaurenBateman Not just "some" family tree Lauren...I've been doing it now for 30 years, and have amassed boxes of photos, history, visited gravesites..In fact, the viral sea shanty (which, no...it's not...but anyway 😅..) "Wellerman" ?? My Grandmother was Weller- and I am a direct descendant of those Wellers!
      Soon may the Wellerman come...yada yada...You've heard it...those Wellers...lol
      Interesting to see where the Bateman line leads...🤔
      BTW...Those D'Addario coated strings? WTH?! Put on a new set 5 days before gig...played the gig last week...this week? D string busted!! 😳 new pack! Whaaaat? Guitar Center sent me 4 packs of different D'Addario strings. Kudos to them! Not a peep from the Manufacturer though...
      How's your new guitar? Loving it? ❤
