12 years later, Shin is deemed an "angel" in Honduras. Has build more than 60 schools with thousands of children getting their education. Shin has the most successful blog in the country and educates people with everything that is Honduras. And yet, Shin didnt need to do all this. He did it with the power of his own heart and seeing him on this video has brought tears to my eyes. I dont know what we did to deserve someone as Shin in our country, but I am forever thankful for him and his vision. Shin has all my support just as pretty mucho everyone else in the country. Me sorprende lo inteligente que es Shin, porque el está empezando desde la raíz para mejorar un país, y lo digo desde la raíz, porque la raíz son los mismos niños que están comenzando con una educación y con esto se disminuye el analfabetismo y el país crece en educación y lo más importante que deberían impartir clases hasta de 3 idiomas! Los niños son como esponjas ellos absorben todo y se les hace más fácil aprender los idiomas, pero este gobierno corrupto no se preocupa por lo que debería. Su historia en Honduras empezó de una forma increíble, inicialmente el aplico para ir de voluntario a Haití y por porblemas de violencia en el pais, se les canceló el viaje. Fue ahi cuando alguien de Honduras los contactó que necesitaban unos voluntarios justo en la misma semana que iban para Haití, asi que como ya tenian los boletos comprados, decidieron aceptar, solo cambiaron el cambio de vuelo. Desde ese momento que llegó a Honduras, se enamoró del pais y de su gente. Siguió llendo de voluntario, hasta que finalmente se graduó y decidió irse a vivir a Honduras y continuar con su organización. Una historia muy bonita y llena de perseverancia y amor ❤ Su hermana tambien lo apoyó ayudandole a recaudar los fondos. ❤

And a few years later Shin Fujiyama is finishing his challenge of running 3000 km from the border of the United States and Mexico to Honduras to raise money to build more schools... not only has he raised money but he has earned the affection of the people of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras. It would be good if they invited him back to tell his experience. Su historia en Honduras empezó de una forma increíble, inicialmente el aplico para ir de voluntario a Haití y por porblemas de violencia en el pais, se les canceló el viaje. Fue ahi cuando alguien de Honduras los contactó que necesitaban unos voluntarios justo en la misma semana que iban para Haití, asi que como ya tenian los boletos comprados, decidieron aceptar, solo cambiaron el cambio de vuelo. Desde ese momento que llegó a Honduras, se enamoró del pais y de su gente. Siguió llendo de voluntario, hasta que finalmente se graduó y decidió irse a vivir a Honduras y continuar con su organización. Una historia muy bonita y llena de perseverancia y amor ❤ Su hermana tambien lo apoyó ayudandole a recaudar los fondos. ❤
