OK, little bit of false advertising... this insane Cobra put down 1337whp at 30psi, he had it turned down to 740hp at 14psi for these passes, this thing is a MONSTER! It just got finished and they're working on suspension, tires, etc next to get her to hook up!
That is what I love seeing.....two car guys with different brands being cool and having fun. No pissing contest, no smack talk.....just fun and the love of fast cars.

right wing conservative stunt bums 77 that car doesn't make far off of 550 wheel hp, it makes 638 crank at sea level (according to chevy, so ot is probably exagerated a little) with perfect conditions so it probably is making about 600 to the crank at the max where he is at which would mean about 550whp or less somewhere in the low to mid 500's. I ain't gonna argue with you cause those are facts and don't get mad i'm not here to piss people off i'm just trying to inform.

I like that the car still has a 6speed also(I'll be going with a T56 instead of an auto on my build too!) I think people are starting to forget about the FUN FACTOR in driving a True manual versus the 'ease' of an auto and getting perfect launches etc. It's not all about competition people...what happened to just having FUN with the car

They can still trash talk it, and I am a Mustang owner. The fact that you put that much power into an engine, as I see many Supra owners do, does not mean that it's a car that can outrace another car, in this case a Corvette, in a true race, which is around a track. Straight line performance is for hillbillies.
The perfect balance for a car in my opinion is to be able to go fast in a straight line while having a good suspensions set up to track with. However, I have driven a very high horsepower supra before. It was still really fun to drive.

i just bought a 04 twin turbo cobra from windy city motorsports ...street tuned for 93 octane pump gas and 20 psi is 768rwhp and 620fpt...i'm like a fat kid in a cake shop can't wait for that big truck to pull into the driveway and say itsssss here
That's awesome. Still pretty sad that you bought an already tuned car. Tuning/building your own car from stock to race is much more fun. Buying a tuned car is like buying chewed food. You can't taste it yourself.

This is the most badass car i've seen yet on 1320 videos. by far my fav, and i'm not much of a mustang guy. This thing looks and sounds like it has balls the size of grapefruits. I couldn't imagine how it behaved on the 30 psi tune. haha can't wait for more of this thing!
Why are guys comparing old Cobra brakes to a late model top of the line Corvette? I'm pretty sure the Cobra stops just fine.. Just not as good as the Corvette..

Hence the ford is faster. I know this. However this wasn't a comparison between the cars. It was just a showcase of the Mustang's power. Although the video is titled "vs" I don't believe that that the corvette owner thought it was possible to win the race.

The rims were clearly black man, and the color is one of the best parts about it. I love the factory Sonic Blue paint.
They look goldish to me. But either way why not some black chrome? Or just chrome? I have been around Mustang heads all my life. And most agree they don't like the Sonic Blue. I would rather a DSG, Black, MG, Silver etc etc. There are others who have commented about the car being ugly. It's not like I am the only one here.

These guys were calm and polite, didn´t endanger other drivers and had some fun racing. That´s what street racing should look like. And that cobra was absolutely SICK! It freaking passed a ZR1(which is a like a street legal jet) spinning its wheels through every fucking gear haha. Absolutely crazy. Must be hella fun driving those beasts.
