Do you know, if I could get a CRM position or archaeological technician position, by going to the AIA archaeological institute of America field school. I have an anthropology degree, I just don't have a field School, not too far from me the AIA is having a field school and I just want to know if this field school is considered legit for getting a CRM position?
Having not worked in US CRM I can't say for sure, but field experience is always valued. Field schools and jobs are separate, going on a field school is good for your resume and might help you get a job but it's no garauntee. Hope that helps thanks for watching!
Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by placement, but most UK universities take on international students provided you meet their admission standards. A university degree in archaeology does not garauntee or provide you with a job in archaeology upon graduation, they are separate things. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
