@@superbanananinja No, raw eggs, aren't supposed to be perfectly safe, they have high water content and WILL explode no matter how many holes you poke. if it hasn't yet, consider yourself lucky and NEVER do that again.
Pleaseee be careful with eggs in the microwave! Poking a hole helps prevent it but it can reseal while cooking and trap steam inside which will make the egg explode all over you. Looks delicious but make sure to not have them too close to your face right after cooking 😅❤
i never used microwave in my whole life until last year (bc our house dont have them) so i never knew things like this omg. glad i learned something today 😂
it is very dangerous actually. The science is explained in a video of "How To Cook That, egg exploding science" I'd suggest everyone to not use microwave to do this. Yes, there might be some people who do it often and never get eggs exploded in their faces, and am VERY glad it didn't happen, but microwave cooks from inside out unlike any other cooking medium. So I'd sugguest you and EVERYONE to just not use microwave all togther for cooking an egg. Even a hard boiled egg can burst. And pleae, don't think you can also poach your eggs in the microvae, not only will the egg explode but it will also splash BOILING water ALL OVER you. and microwave even increases the temperature of water MORE 100 hundred degree C yet it doesn't have a SIGNLE bubble in it. It's just very bad, simply chuck it in an oven, air fryer, pan, pot on induction or stove, fry it, boil it, steem in poach it, doesn't matter, but DON'T microwave it.
I did something like this but also added a small tsp of gochujang mixed into the rice and a tbsp of chili oil. If you have time to fry the rice with garlic and gochujang even better.
i do something similar to this! i do my eggs fried sunny side up and i add soy sauce and sesame oil. sometimes i add teriyaki sauce if i want it to have that sweeter flavour. mix it all with rice. literally had this for dinner for the past two days lol
I used to put raw egg in streaming hot rice. The heat of the rice cooks the egg creamy style + soy sauce + sesame oil + other garnishment (I.e spring onion galore!). It starts as a lazy meal, then it gets fancier each topping at a time haha😅

Do b careful microwaving egg! Not only do the yolk and white parts cook at dif time, it can explode. When I microwave my eggs, I'll put a lid on top (not closed but just to cover the egg) and do it in smaller time bursts. I also keep an eye on it to see how much the egg is expanding because that's a sign it might explode.
if someone plans to replicate please be aware that eggs can actually explode in the microwave and you are at risk of burn injuries. Having safety warnings in the video would be nice.
No. They explode cause the yolk is intact or the shell. It's why you only break it w chopsticks just before microwaving it to cook it but still get a runny egg 🥚 🍳
