Thank you again for fulfilling my commission! The M1 turned out absolutely gorgeous and has great pulling power. Looking forward to the next commission 😉
the fact that this thing is literally the width of an r40 180 turn and can navigate it with the body 90 degrees relative to the tender is both insane and absolutely hilarious, very impressive
Actually, that's something I forgot to mention: if you _dont_ need to run on R40, you can shorten the drawbar and close the gap between the tender and the loco to a more realistic distance!
Very ambitious and well executed, nice job. I was curious how this wheel configuration would handle pitching up and down on uneven track, glad you covered that in the video
What an amazing build, I didn’t think anyone could build this locomotive guess I was wrong. Do you plan on build more turbine locomotives in the future such as the Union Pacific turbines or even some of the other nations steam turbines?
Actually, there's already two more turbines on the channel, the (German) DRG T18 and the UP 8080: ua-cam.com/video/siohUmU8zPs/v-deo.htmlsi=geS-Mp6V7I40WzYH and ua-cam.com/video/uZ7uRnCJbkM/v-deo.htmlsi=QEeWH38zs7lpq9lq No current plans for any others, though.

I can thank you then for yet another NonsenseWars made train from my checklist

I believe the DD35 holds the record currently
I think the DDA40Xs were already longer than the DD35s. I was thinking it's probably the Jawn Henry, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@NonsenseWars ok I wasn’t sure
I built the C&O L1 490 out of lego and this is sick!
Nice, the streamlining on the L1 probably makes it an even more challenging build!
Just gorgeous love all the details and every little piece and effort you went into love it man keep it up I love building train Mocs to damn fun.
holy-
this is amazing!
great work as always.
This is one of the best custom Lego locomotives I’ve ever seen, brilliant

Luckily since it's one of the longest engines ever, it literally can't get worse than this lol!
This looks incredible. Unbelievably realistic
Your builds are mindblowingly cool and realistic. The same goes for this one. Well done.
Would have it been cool to see one cosmetically restored
There was probably no hope considering how fast they were scrapped lol
@@NonsenseWars At least they tried making them into something special
@@NonsenseWars Chessie really tried their luck with the M1
My favorite steam turbine locomotive ever
I wish there were instructions for your type of builds. Super duper cool bro.
At least for us, most of our models have instructions for sale on our Rebrickable: rebrickable.com/users/NonsenseWars/
Oh my, this is awsome.

My favorite steam turbine of all time, and the job you did on this is rather impressive!! How much does it cost ?👍🤘💙
Probably in the realm of $300 to $400 in parts?
@@NonsenseWars does it have a fan driven smoke unit?🤘🤘💙
@@davidkasparian4089 No, but it's perhaps a good candidate to mod one in if you wanted.
BRO HOW DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS
Just stack the bricks on top of each other XD
How much do you charge to build one of these?
It'll of course vary based on the specifics, but on average between the M1, E5, and the F40 set it was roughly the part count divided by three.
Snowpiercer ahh locomotive
where can we commission you?
