@@michaelgulick5825 AmtrakGuy365 forgot to mention about the atchison, topeka and santa fe blue goose hudson #3460 that was also built in 1937 and was at the 1938 chicago exposition for the railroads and art deco because even streamlined 3460 class santa fe blue goose hudson #3460 was also a part of the railroad deco in the 1930's i think and here is something else more and in addition to that streamlined santa fe blue goose steam locomotive should have been part of art deco I think about the santa fe blue goose lionel should model that AT&SF steam locomotive i must say that will be one of the many locomotives especially steam locomotives for lionel electric and model trains to model in three rail O scale with legacy style steam railsounds and many other legacy steam features that can be mentioned in lionel trains catalogs over the years ever since lionel trains first started using legacy railsounds in O scale locomotives in late 2006 and into 2007 and what so ever about that.
Finally! Someone mentions The Cincinnati Union Station. The most beautiful art-deco station, in my opinion. Being inside the dome fills with me awe every time. It's a major shame how the service was cut from 216 trains daily during peak service, to one today, along with the demolition of the concourse.
The subject is of great interest and fascination, the video is full of rare and beautiful images, yet many of them - especially the posters - cannot be fully enjoyed because of the too fast timing.

@@jillsmcfarland2001 I'll try, thank you.
Literally just did a product design project based around Art Deco. It’s an awesome are style that has a very defined look and feel. Awesome video
Cool
Very informative. The coiner of the term Art Deco is still alive ! You even mentioned a Queensland carriage. Thanks for the time-consuming research. Would not read all this in any book. Long live you and UA-cam. Thanks.
3:58 is a missed opportunity to say "Didn't take off"
XD
It's still a pun the way he said it tho
When the world was a simpler place and it was an exiting time to be alive.

Awesome video! The 1920's have a special place in my heart
I would love to have some of those old advertising posters.
Why am I suddenly thinking of a Belgian Detective with a Meticulous Mustache
Excellent compilation of both graphics and rolling stock. Glad to see you caught that Dreyfus error.
It's almost 1:30am but this didn't even hit the watch later playlist 😤
Holy crap. Such a great content, absolutely mind blowing. This must have taken hours upon hours of reserach and collecting the graphics. Really amazing. Thank you!

FANTASTIC Video. Incredibly well researched and with great footage and art. I'm a huge art deco fan and nothing is as iconic in art deco as some of those old train designs. Very cool, thanks for putting this together! 🚂
No mention of the Reading Crusader, always been my favorite streamliner
There was a clip of it towards the end, at 16:35.
I reaally love those Art Deco posters ... there's amazing strength and dynamism in such simple geometric shapes & gradients...
