@NonsenseWars , I know you put your engine intructions on rebrickable. Would you put one up separate of the bogies and drive train connected with the batteries separately? I wonder how that setup would work inside your Amtrak Seimens SC-44. I know you had been having problems with powering that engine.
Heh, in retrospect that may not have been the best idea; after having the model assembled for a few weeks, I think the battery box might have been sagging by maybe a plate lol
At least the really big Schnabels are probably too big to be _practical_ but they're certainly possible, and perhaps not even that complicated. Schnabels are naturally built on tiers of bolstered small bogies, so it should be relatively easy to make something that'll go around curves - even tight ones - as long as the track geometry permits (ie you can't have a 180 degree R40 turn when the pivot to pivot distance on your Schnabel is more than 80 studs) You'll have a fun time transporting it and setting it up, though, and it'll eat up all of your wheels too! That being said, while associate Schnabels with the biggest ones, there are smaller variants that might be more practical to build.
Amazing, Id love to see a superliner, a p42, and a cta 2600 series, any interest in those? how does commissions work? Im tempted to commission a 2600 in a few months or so. im trying to collect models of all the trains I worked on.
Hello, if you purchase the instructions for the bilevel car it comes with step by step instructions for the standard bilevel and a Stud.io file for the cab car. This is also written in the Rebrickable listing.
I already had a lot of the parts on hand... so perhaps only an additional $100-$200? If you're starting from scratch it's gonna be a lot more though...
I actually started mocking up an NS8102 (PRR heritage unit) model a long time ago, but I never got very far... it's a bit overdone and many of the renditions are pretty good. I dunno if I could do a better one, but I guess if you wanted to commission something I'd think about it.
Love the back of the cars. Very nice model! The boagies look very realistic!
The bogies were actually shorter than I thought when looking at the drawings, but somehow it looks right when they're on the cars. Thanks!

@@NonsenseWars nice metra train
Amazing work! Love seeing these commuter trains! If you’re doing a CalTrain take 2, don’t leave out those new electric KISS sets!
Would love a Caltrain version of this, great build!
There's some clever stuff going on with that locomotive, like using the L motors as stressed chassis members. Nice work!

Just beautiful, I’d actually buy a set from you
If you're actually interested, see the contact info in the video description. Maybe we can work something out.
Love this! Those gallery cars look sleek

Great MOCS. 🧡 those shots ar minifigure height 👁👁👍
Thanks, I tried to get some good ones!
Beautiful work!
Wow, amazing work. your videos have inspired me to get into scale Lego trains.
Nice! Do share what you make!
I’d love a metra lego train!
Nicely done!
amazing model!
You should try some lights from brickloot
Will have to check it out; thanks for the heads up!
You’re realy great 🚃🚃🚃
Thanks for watching :)
I' just wondering, have you ever thought about trying to build any Schnabels, or do you think those would be WAAAAY too big for Lego?

Hi, see the video description. Email or DM me!
Absolutely love it! Do you do commissions or know anyone who will?
This was actually a commissioned build. If you are interested, email the channel or see the DM info in the description.
@@NonsenseWarsI sent you over a Dm
@@NonsenseWarsplease let me know if you received it on instagram
Ah yes something from my city
can you make an Amtrak version of this?
As far as I know, Amtrak never had F40Cs; the closest thing would be the SDP40Fs or the P30CHs.
Does it come with multiple train cars?? When buying it

How much did the pieces cost you on Bricklink? Cost for the engine and then the cars separately?

can you make an ES44AC?

@@NonsenseWars I don’t have money, sorry. I build my own Lego models.
Excellent model. I found someone selling it on AliExpress, is this an official store? Or did they steal your instructions?
Do you have a link? At least one other person has told me about something similar, but they were unable to provide a link. Thanks!
