But if you listen to the isolated vocal track, Kurt clearly uses the lines "All in all is all we all are" and "All in all is all we are".
Not sure where you got "All alone" from, but it's not right.

I just want to say the audio and video of this is incredible! To think this concert was in 1993 and the picture and sound is so clear it's awesome. I put it on and listen to it as loud as I can! Watching Kurt is a mesmerizing experience! He was a beautiful man inside and out!! I hope this video never gets old!

I believe this to be the greatest live recording in history. Kurts singing is like pouring his life and pain onto video for all to see for all time. Even in this beautiful song, he wears his punk ethos on his sleeve. It is really terrible that this genius did not continue. Pat Smear was such a perfect compliment to the band. Every moment of this live performance is perfection.

I remember watching this MTV unplugged and realizing how beautiful the lyrics were to All Apologies. Never cared for the music of Nirvana until I watched the concert. Then a few months later,it was such a shock to turn on MTV news and see that Kurt was dead. Such a talented and sadly tormented poet, RIP Kurt.💕🙏
Probably my favourite Nirvana song and prefer this over the original version. This one just has so much more power and emotion behind. The live acoustic just compliments Kurt’s voice and the emotions so well

Pat, also. He joined the band a few years after they got their start, but had Kurt lived abd Nirvana continued on for years to come, Pat no doubt would’ve been there with them.
Was insanely fortunate. I saw them before and after signing with Geffen and they stopped by KDVS when I was aDJ there so I interviewed them (mostly Kurt- who swore on air and n ‘89 that was scandalous). The first time was not great. The second time they opened up for Sonic Yourh in Sacramento at the Crest Theater and am still claiming it was the best Rock show I’ve ever seen. (The Crest show is on UA-cam btw)
Legend has it, they're still calling out requests to this day... in an alternative universe.
This performance is so incredible good, but also so incredible sad looking back at it in retrospective.

I love seeing these new comments. I was in the mosh when Nirvana performed in the Hordern Pavillion in Sydney in 1992, at the first Big Day Out. I still remember every moment. Roadies pouring garbage bins of water over us, it was so hot. I took my t-shirt off and lost it and had to buy a Beasts Of Bourbon t-shirt afterwards. My jeans were black from the knees down and you couldn't tell that my Converse shoes were once green. And they came on at 7pm, so by 8pm we were totally trowelled and wondering how we could back up for Violent Femmes at 10pm. We did, of course : )

I was born in 2003, but I love Nirvana. As an aspiring actor/director, I want to say Kurt truly was an inspiration. I want to make a film about him one day. A biopic that highlights his emotional struggles and how he turned that hurt into powerful music. He has impacted our world so greatly, and I want the next generations to know how great he is.

In 2003 I was 6 years old and heard my first Nirvana song on the tv. i think i remember it being their song Dumb. I remember going outside to play with friends after hearing it and thinking where the blond guy on the tv was today, not knowing that he died. I always look back at that moment and wonder what Kurt would be doing right now if he was alive.
