Was driving back from Texas after having my car protuned at AWD Tuning. Got a flex fuel tune but car only had 30% ethanol in the tank while already cruising at 80mph on the empty highway, which is why it seems so slow. Enjoy!
Adjust the wastegate pulse through a Cobb AP Protune to get rid of the flutter. It's probably killing spool up.
I had it protuned via Cobb ap at a reputable shop in TX. From my understanding though is the flutter was due to the wastegate opening and closing due to maintaining proper boost pressure based on what my rpms were. Only happened when WOT.
What wastegate and spring size? 44m tial?
Beautiful
Martin_STI thanks!

Louimar Arboleda thanks!
@@gianidossman1691 I know this is an old video, but any chance you know if it's a good idea to get an external wastegate on a stock turbo? I have an 08 WRX and I'm swapping from a TD04 to a VF52 (Stock on the 09) and tuning the boost to 19 pounds. I heard you need a big turbo to run these.
Suit One that was on my stock turbo. I absolutely recommend it because it allows for better boost control when paired with an electronic boost control solenoid. Most tuners will recommend it when turning the boost up no matter what turbo you use.
