Whole life is practicing, yoga also. Yoga is not only for postures, for inner mind, spirit and soul. I’m a Buddhism because of yoga. During my yoga practice, I feel that yoga and Buddha are connected. That’s why I’m became a Buddhism. I really love that you created inside flow. That’s so awesome. I hope I can practice inside flow with you sometime.
Thank you so much for sharing "why" you created this new style of yoga. I am just amazed by you, and your explanation and philosophy how it has developed as your true goal. I am actually struggling with finding my "why" in my teaching class-I'm also the one who tries to create a new style exercise combined with what I experienced in my life. So, you became my inspiration and motivation how I can act to overcome this obstacle. Thanks again, and I hope I can meet you sometime in my life:)
