As a Gun Spy fan, the revolver is trash for combat. How are you supposed to eliminate anyone with -50% damage and 40% slower firing speed?. 60 damage on headshot is not enough to even destroy a light class in two shots. You are nuts if you think it's comparable to the DPS output of stock, even with crits. It's not a terrible substitute for fans of the L'Etranger, but it's definitely not a Gun Spy weapon.

You should make a video for combining all Soldier's Rocket Launchers minus the Rocket Jumper and Demo's Sticky Bomb Launchers minus the Sticky Jumper. You did Soldier dirty in his video by including the Rocket Jumper.
mixing thw RTR and stock sapper would actually be interesting, because if it downgraded as it broke, even if if the engie broke the Red Taped Sapper, hed still have to wait for the building to rebuild itself.
If I remember correctly, what's considered a "back" for TF2 is very reliant on the player's animation at the time, and in the case of a revved up Heavy, he brings his left arm forward. So what may seem to us as his back is just his side. I thiiiink shounic did a video on this ages ago? If not, it's definitely a video I saw ages ago in his style of TF2 analysis.
Video/series suggestion: Combining Just Two Weapons (on one class) Soda Popper + Winger for the biggest hops in boston. Market Gardener + Airstrike for a NUCLEAR ROCKET LAUNCHER. Flare Gun + Flamethrower for an infinite phlog. The Chargin Targe + literally every demo weapon to become immune to fire and explosions. Tomislav + Fists of Steel to shrug off virtually anything. Sounds awful! Which is why it's perfect for theorycrafting.

I still think that you should combine all throwables to have the full bladder special (plus bleeding which represents a period I guess, otherwise you should get that checked) Or all the backpacks, including banners, base jumper, sniper ones, amd thermal thruster. That'd be pretty OP Maybe all of the boots in the same vein, but only soldier and demo would have access to it. Just like pick themes across classes and combine those weapons
Pretty cool combined weapons for all three weapon slots. The knife will definitely destroy whole teams if in the right hands, with the revolver and watch being good tools for Spy as well. Shame there's no other option for Sappers besides the Red Tape Recorder, Stock, and the Ap-Sap reskin.
If you were able to, you could make the watch take the Cloak & Dagger stats and once you get hit the Dead ringer stats would override and drain the watch until it was empty
One idea for the spy, in general whilst disguised you are immune to both team's aoe, and fire damage, alongside heavy's minigun. Whilst invisible you do not have this. Friendly fire negation in exchange for the watch draining for each tick of damage you take, basically when you would take damage it runs down your cloak meter, on empty you loose the damage immunity.
So Shotguns: Would probably be a really effective weapon, but nothing too absurd. Pistols: Wait this is just scout’s combined pistol. Lunchbox: Bonk Atomic Punch probably kills most of the utility that would come from this. Throwable: So jarate + mad milk + flying guillotine + gas passer… this would be absolutely busted. I like how it would essentially be gasoline mixed with piss, milk?, and small knives. Melee: “… Dear God” The wearables?: This would be so ridiculously busted. If you add soldier’s banners in this mix it becomes the single best and most overpowered thing in the game.
The finale to this series would to be combine all primarys, all secondaries, and all melees. Idk if its even possible, but it be ridiculous. You could even do it as a gag april fools video as well

My issue with the combined knife is that it has a high skill floor. If you're not already good at spy then it's just going to get you killed a lot. Like, please correct me if I'm wrong on this, but your base health is so low even just the splash damage from any explosive can one shot you.
The combined sapper could take both good aspects from the RTR and sapper. It damages instead of regresses, and the engineer can’t self destruct a building it is placed on
Combine all the weapons into one per class, no separation between primary secondary and melee. I want a wrist watch with a revolver attached to it with a small bayonet.
It would be hilarious to see you make a video combining every weapon into one. Yes I mean them all. All the kinks and quirks into one abomination! This would never exist but a duck can dream
if TF3 is ever in the cards (ha ha 3 joke) some of these combined weapons would be a good way to roll the classes forward without losing much in the transition, especially for someone like Spy for whom the rolled together stats aren't really that ridiculous on paper (headshots with general use gun, extra ambush damage from disguise, extremely good at hit and run backstabs, albiet you'd maybe drop some/all of the corpse mechanics of YER/Spycicle) and the building crit stuff for their own weapons It's harder to justify with someone like Heavy who'd be making rings of fire and slowing people while his melee stuns everyone for about six seconds,but I still think it'd be a generally good baseline to think about for a sequel (Scout Sandman should be stock in a sequel for example, albiet you could rework what the actual ball hiting does)

I think it would be cool if on the server, the other weapons were still there, but no downsides. This might not work or clash with the combined weapons but I'm not a Modder, and I don't know anything about how to make it.
Not saying this to be mean but regarding the clip at the start with the failed backstab the model of the heavy is technically facing their back against you, you are still in the direction they are facing (look where they're firing).

I dont agree with revolver and knife. The watches are fine. But having 45 health and with kunai overheal bonus of 300% which is just 135 health is just not that good enough since it decays. That -25 health from big earner killed it if it was -10 then ok.
