looking great. but i find all this stretching totally unnecessary. I made a nice sourdough loaf the other day and without any stretching but once folded like an envelope , half an hour after I mixed it and when putting it in the tin also, it turned out great and spongy. Sandwich loaf is my fave sourdough, very practical shape unlike those usual ones with scarring and all, unnecessary and not practical. me think. anyways, lovely breads, well done.
😊 I will try this recipe and will comment again about the results. The main variable is the sourdough starter. Hope it will work out this time.

500g of flour made 3 loaves??? That's usually just 1 loaf for me
her recipe calls for 500 g flour for 1 bread. I guess in the video she made 3x the same recipe
