so true bro its not a smiple job at all, other than High Salary , work life balance is very poor... njan 2019 rrb alp clear cheythatha from rrb chennai, same year njan rrb je clear cheythu, dv kazinju... but enike offer letter vanila bcs of less index score. in meantime alp job join cheythila. naturally i shifted to data analyst job and moved to chennai. presently i am working in a MNC two days WFO and three days WFH. tambaram railway station platform 3 sideil i used to see locopilot protest notice for reducing working hours, better work facilities espcally for woman staff etc. somewhere i feel my decision was good for not joining rrb alp. hopefully within some years they will improve the conditions of LPs
