    This is a great one to 'keep you going' when feeling slightly under par (winter lurgy!). Felt much better and not over-stretched.

    Great for those who are not beginners too. By going a little faster I got a nice cardio workout but didn't feel too fatigued at the end. Perfect for when you have a strengthening workout planned after.

    Love this! Came here because I really have damaged my knees over-exercising & this didn’t hurt them at all! Added 3lb weights on the second half to up the intensity.

    Appreciate video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you ever tried - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for learning how to dunk like a total badass without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin at very last got amazing results with it.
