This Workout was absolute perfection! Lots of different moves I had never done before and always appreciate the great warmup and cool down! Love your attitude and you are so motivating! The cardio mixed in was a surprise And my heart rate got up there plus I got a ton of steps! You’re the best. Thanks so much!

Another great workout. I do a different one of your videos every day. I can't stand any other fitness youtubers, especially those american style workouts where they smile the whole time and sing song the reps, they're ridiculous. But you're very likeable and real. You should be way more famous.
I used fives except on the last exercise where I had to switch to three pound weights. The one that got my heart rate up the most was the side leg lift and overhead press. Very well done!

There's a reasonfor the light weights - this is an arm burner :) - plus some cardio. All round excellent heart rate raiser and muscle toner.
