I’m on my 7th week and hit my first plateau on my strongest exercise I was intermittent fasting every day Biggest things I recommend 1. Eat more protein and calories if you are in a deficit 2. Get More Sleep 3. Cut out any unnecessary stress and negative thinking .
i started bulking and started focusing more on the correct technique cus i realized that i was basically skipping the whole eccentric and apparently that is really important for muscle growth. i also started doing myoreps just cus i like to torture myself :D
Do you guys ever give an answer that’s not ‘give it time?’ Do you ever have an answer that’s quicker than two weeks to a month. I’m truly too impatient with my weight loss to try out anything for more than a day. If I wake up and my weight has went up(even if it’s water weight), I fast that day. Self punishment works everytime here. My creed. Get thin or DIE trying.
Sounds like you should prioritize behavioral and mindset goals to get to where you need to be mentally. I know that's frustrating to hear but it's one of the biggest keys to long-term physical fitness.
Weight loss is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. I know it’s cliche but that’s just how it works. Currently on a weight loss journey myself and lost about 27 kgs in roughly 5 months but realized that’s way too fast in a span of only 5 months. Slow and steady wins the race

Do you guys recommend running after a full body lifting workout?
Yes. In a recent video they endorse cardio post lift instead of pre lift.
