Lucasarts was my favourite game developer. I was so sad to see them close their doors. This was a beautiful tribute to an amazing company. Thankyou for your work and for showing me some less know titles to check out.
I also love LucasArts and all things related to it! And I thank You for taking 1 hour and 22 minutes of your precious time to watch it! :) Have a great weekend! Cheers!
Disney has completely destroyed the Star Wars franchise. As far as I'm concerned the Expanded Universe is the true Star Wars Canon, and the three films Disney made are just bad Fanfic.
Excellent video. loved it! Totally brought back some old memories. I still remember picking up Fate of Atlantis, X-Wing and Tie Fighter from CompUSA back in the day. Hours and hours of fun!

Lucasfilm Games also released several side-scrollers during the LucasArts era, also entered the console market with several successful games, starting in 1991 with Star Wars for the NES, and following the next year, in 1992 with Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and Defenders of Dynatron City. Also in 1992, they released Super Star Wars for the Super NES, with each game based on each of the three films from the Star Wars original trilogy: Super Star Wars (1992), Super Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1993) and Super Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (1994), following with additional titles for the next 3 years. An Indiana Jones game based on the first three films of the franchise titled Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures (1994) was developed alongside Factor 5, the first of many joint collaborations between the two studios. They also released some games not based on their existing IPs. Zombies Ate My Neighbors (1993) and its sequel Ghoul Patrol (1994) were overhead run and gun side-scrollers inspired by classic 1950's Horror B-movies. A spiritual successor called Herc's Adventures was released in 1997 and was inspired by Greek mythology. Metal Warriors (1995), a side-scroller inspired by mecha anime, and Big Sky Trooper were also developed using the same engine as Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Though these games sold poorly, they later garnered a cult following and are now considered to be Cult Classics from the 16-Bit era.
With star wars screen entertainment if you let it run long enough you got a secret message from George Lucas that talked about his plans for the prequel trilogy.

Indeed.
I felt flaccid a disturbance, it's as if a million man-babies cried out about Disney with the same stale takes as if anyone gave a rat's arse.
I still can't believe that Disney has shut down LucasArts. It was after all one of the most influential studios in gaming.
I'm still mad to this day. But at least it's technically revived right now but as a licensor to other publishes and developers besides EA.
They shut them down because They knew Lucis Arts was a threat to them
